The drive-thru experience is getting worse and worse. today, making this the 3rd time I got short changed on my order. When I get home in Hereford to find out Im missing a double whopper, that cost 12$! yeah, 12$ for a burger.. and not even in my bag. Sooo frustrating.

Food is ok at best. Is what it is. But customer service could have a huge improvement. When I’m missing items please don’t act like it’s the end of the world to complete my order. Or walk away half way thru and come back with a wrong item and say I said something different. The receipt clearly said what I ordered and I said fanta pineapple freeze, not coke. Don’t even sound the same. Must be nice to not care about the customer when the customer is what keeps the place open.

The wait time here is absurd, especially doing doordash. It’s literally more worth it to ignore burger king doordash orders and do 2 or 3 orders than to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes while they make chicken nuggets and a soda.

Impossible Whopper is my go-to for a convenient Vegetarian meal. Hits the spot, and I like I can order “cooked fresh” on the app, or modify however need be. Service is usually quick and pretty friendly!

Little bit longer away but it was made to order and they were busy. No one seemed too grumpy or unhappy they were just busy doing their job which something I could appreciate.

crappy people. they know we’re homeless, they refuse to watch cameras to see the proof that customers are lying about us. they refuse to let us stay in their establishment even when its rainy weather.

I dined in, and there was no one there it was very clean. There are kiosk ordering tablets and if you need help you can go up to an open register.
I didn’t like that it hard to navigate to the back corner with the parking lot traffic, but once there be. Careful with cross traffic.
The staff is nice and helpful although I ordered 2 fresh grilled whoppers and I got 2 cold whoppers that have been sitting awhile.
I have 2 stars due to the fact that my burger was cold & it was not made to order.
I’ll go back a second time, but I won’t be quiet next time polite, but to the point.

Visited the newly opened Burger King at 10:00 this morning. First time there in a couple of years. Everything looked nice and clean. I asked if I could get a burger at this time. Yes, so I ordered a double cheeseburger. What I received about 5min later was an extremely hot, mouth-burning (hot pickles?!?) microwaved sandwich that had obviously been re-wrapped using the same old paper and that had been prepared sometime much earlier. What a disappointment. Guess my expectations were too high.
