I entered the restroom that smelled so bad that I nearly puked. Washed my hands and no paper towels. Left the restroom and went to the counter There was no one there. A person was meandering around in the kitchen area who paid no attention to me so after waiting a reasonable time and with the restroom still in my nose, I decided to eat elsewhere.

The guy cashier at the drive-thru during lunch has zero customer service and is rude in my opinion. I’ve been to drive through four times with him as the cashier and he never says anything just puts his hand out for my cash or card and when he gives it back I say thank you and he doesn’t say anything and shuts the window. The first time I chocked it up to him maybe having a bad day but that is just his consistent attitude. When I pick up my actual order at the next window everybody is friendly or at least no attitude. The other problem I have with this Burger King location is over the past year or so there have been multiple times when I’ve gone to buy food and something is either broke or maintenance is being done during lunch time so my only option was chicken related products or something deep fried, no burgers. When I went the other day there were no onion rings. I don’t want to have to drive downtown since this location is convenient but my patience is running thin.

Lobby is closed due to staffing on a Sunday. Must use drive through, which means even if you are close enough to walk…you must drive.

Went through drive-up, waited a long time. Personnel wasn’t rude, but was disinterested. Drove 5 minutes with burger, it was stone cold like it had been sitting for an hour. Did not receive receipt, so was unable to complicate on line survey as I did not have store#. Will not be going back

Ran into issues with employees processing my son’s gift card. The management and employees were so apologetic with the issue. They ended up giving him his food for free because we waited so long. Great example of customer service. The employees on duty today should be commended.
