This place is so hit or miss, but for today’s meal…..
Two cars in line ahead of me shouldnt take 15 minutes to service…..on top of that, the lunch rush had passed and the burger was luke warm with a hard bun…..as if it had been sitting out for a few hours.
With that long of a wait, I would have at least appreciated a hot burger with edible bread.

Ordered a plain cheeseburger kids meal for my son in the drive thru. Didn’t realize that plain meant EVERYTHING on it. Not the first time this place has messed up an order. It’s quite simple to work at a fast food joint and get an order correct. But this place can’t seem to manage either getting an order straight or done fast.

Everything i go into this burger king I have issues. Between my order being forgotten and not filled for 45 mins to the general manager pulling people out to take there order ahead of the rest of the line. As she told the person next to her. ” i know his order already”

I like this Burger King. It is usually very clean and has good service. Last Sunday, I went with my children to get a free cookie with a coupon they had. Since it is on-post, there is less traffic on weekends so they have less staff and do not prepare all menu items in advance. In my case, cookies. They do not usually make them on weekends. However, the Assistant Manager took the time to bake two cookies for my kids. In an age where getting people to work and do their job, this was exceptional service. Thank you.

It’s Sunday and we went to BK to get some burgers. We attempted to use 3 coupons not realizing that there was a two coupon limit. From the start the person on the headset acted as if we were bothering him. No problem on the coupons, we simply adjusted. We got up to the window and the young man’s attitude was poor to say the least. He was obviously upset that he had to take an order at 5min before closing. The manager stepped up and tried to help us out with the coupons and stepped away. The young man rung us up and it was coming out way too expensive and when I told him he just basically stated “that’s why we don’t allow more than two coupons” and he could not explain why it was so expensive. He was not at all trying to help me understand the high price and expected me to just accept his shoulder shrugging response. I had to ask him to get me the manager to which he was again very bothered. I explained to the manager and he quickly resolved the issue. The young man working the window needs to find another job or position…maybe fry cook as he definitely does not need to interact with customers. This is my last trip to BK…we’ll stick with Culver’s from now on even if we have to drive a bit further.
I’m giving two stars for service only because the Manager was resolved the issue quickly.

Drive thru order.
Asked for 2 texas whoppers, 1 original chicken sandwich and a bacon king.
Got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 4 orders of cold fries. My friends first time at a burger king and he doesn’t even get to try the whopper. Takes a bite of the chicken sandwich and spits it out. Not a good experience after waiting in the drive thru for nearly 15 mins. Entire time I was placing the order, the drive thru worker sounded annoyed that we were placing an order. Go off post.

Fail
Slowest burger king I’ve ever visited, set a new baseline for “Fast Food” Ended up in their drive thru for about 10 minutes, they didn’t even throw in any extras for the wait. This was at 3pm, not during any rush.
