Caterina at drive through had bad customer service! She took our drink order incorrectly and took it personal when she had to correct. We ordered French toast and she didn’t give any syrup in the bag so we waited until she came back to window. She said oh we just gave the last one out and laughed about it. Seemed like she was lying and it’s a new location how do you not have those condiments available? Now gonna eat dry French toast and that girl really needs professional training or let go.

This Burger King is horrible. Kids that work there have no communication skills. The manager must not pay attention. Orders are all wrong and they literally made a burger with two bottoms. Garbage fast food joint. If it stays open I’ll be surprised once all these other places go in here.

I waited in line for about 20 minutes before even being spoken to. And after a total of about almost 40 minutes of waiting To be helped and for my food. This is what I get when I asked to put bacon and pickles on my sandwich, A half a piece of bacon, broken to make it look like more and one pickle. Not to mention two cars who had pulled in after me were served before me.

You know it’s bad when all of us go into park after every car moves. Closes early every night and is “out of chicken” an hour before closing… I can’t wait for more restaurants to open so we can boycott this dump. It would be nice to get a thank you once and a while too. Like maybe every 3 times I go there? Not too often, because that would be like chic fil a which has a horrible business model of treating people nicely.

Last time ordered I got sick. Went through the Drive Trhu and ordered a chicken sandwich. Went home to eat and after the third bite I noticed a weird taste. The chicken was undercooked. Threw the rest in the trash but next day I was sick. Also, they treat you like they’re doing you a favor by serving you.
