The staff really make this Burger King the amazing place that it is. Every time I’ve been here the staff have always left such a positive impression. In a changing world of fast food, prices and expectations dashed, this Burger King is holding the line with such an amazing staff. They are amazing with other details, how they prepare and deliver the food and just over all they seem to care and give every order their best attention. I’ve never had any issues with my order being wrong, I’ve never left feeling irked or frustrated and I have thoroughly enjoyed each meal they have made for me. There are so many fast food chains that seem to just not care about customer satisfaction but this BK obviously takes pride in what they do. Fast food worker isn’t bottom of the barrel job, a staff like this really deserves the recognition and appreciation because they are facing an even changing public and in this location they rise to the challenge and deliver.

Kind of disappointed. I ordered the rodeo burger, which was fine, but I got the duo of the chicken sandwiches, and the patties were pretty burnt.

Food is okay but I can say I received excellent service from the young lady running the dru-thru in the afternoon (she had the long braids hair). She was very kind and patiently offered me to get a meal, even offered the drink which was exactly what I wanted. She deserves a shout-out for thoughtful service.

Dear Burger King,
What is in your nuggets?? This is the second time we bought “chicken” nuggets from you and both times the nuggets looked strange. They had something that appeared to be seeping out of it, while it was cooking. And the end result looks disgusting. Can we get back to using real chicken? This modified nugget has to go.

I was given a smashed whopper. And burned buns. The food was cold when given to me. I took two bits and it was not the same compared to other burger kings. My boyfriend got the same order but with no pickles and his order was hot and looked better than mine. I will no longer be eating at this Burger King or no longer eating Burger King. Not to mention the costumer service was horrible. I had to yell at them through the driver through because they didn’t hear me at all and I was telling them to speck up after them mumbling to me through there mic.

I ordered a large and ended up with a kids size onion rings. Why the upcharge if we aren’t going to get what we ordered. If minimum wage goes up, will accuracy? Went back in today to see if anything changed as I enjoy BK other locations – walked in and walked right back out. Smelled like the sewer backed up and the entire restaurant smelled like the bathroom

Woof. Big mistakes missed, semi rotten toppings and service that requires you to repeat your order 3-5 times, only to get it wrong. That lettuce piece is FRESH!! Ohh, and I asked for no onion, even marked it as such on the wrapper.

Unreal… left the drive thru today and when I got home my granddaughters chicken fingers were hard and cold! They had to have been sitting for hours with little to no heat.. terrible. My onion rings were cold and stale and the little chocolate chip cookie would have knocked someone out cold if it hot them it was so hard and old. Gonna call their corporate office Monday. Cause this is occurred far too many times from this location.

Nice crew, but totally mismanaged. The dining room was filthy just before the lunch hour, dirt and dropped food littered the floor. Tables sat empty with trash and things spilled on them, the fountain drink area was stained in various colors from the puddles sitting on the silver, and the trashcan were sitting full from breakfast trash. It took more than 30 minutes to receive MOST of our food, but it took going back up to get the remainder of it. When we received our food there was a distinct burnt taste throughout the Chicken nuggets, and the fries were all covered with what can only be described as debris from inside the fryer. When this was brought to the attention of employees we were told they were cleaning the fryers now..during their busy hour..
