I stopped by Burger King to grab a bite to eat and went into the restroom to wash up before ordering some food. I am glad that I did not order food because the restroom was dirty and discussed urine on the urinal and floors the sink is filthy. I will never come here again.

Walked into Burger King (my favorite fast food) and the service was fast and friendly. First complaint was that they do not take orders or rewards or points from the Burger King app. Second the sweet tea is disgusting which the only reason I had to try it was because there is no non carbonated options. Third both me and my wife’s food were old she order a #8 and I ordered a #2. Fries were old and we had to ask for fresh fries and she gave them right to us so she knew that the food was old. This is at 1245 pm mind u.

I ordered the 2 for $14 and I was sadly disappointed my burger was not cooked all the way and the edges were hard as a rock, the fries tasted like if they had been days old as well and the service was terrible, the lady didn’t know what she was doing and get mad at me when i couldn’t hear her mumbling.

The service here is so slow it’s actually always slow and we go here all the time. I don’t mind waiting 15+ minutes in the drive thru line but knowing that fries take under 5 minutes and the nuggets take under 6 minutes is annoying how they can never get anything out on time. Sometimes we sit at the drive thru window waiting about 10 minutes before someone hands us a drink then we wait longer for the food. We spend about 30 minutes waiting we turn off the car everytime in the line. The food is 80% cold most of the time it comes out to us. The employees all stand around with one cook in the kitchen that seems to be the only one working hard.

It’s the 2nd time I go first thing was at night the second time around 2 PM both times I got bad fries, old and cold. I asked the girl if she can give me a fresh batch of french fries she said yes but when I got the bag it was the same thing I just drove off. I got home and Frays were even colder so I didn’t even eat them, I am not trying to be disrespectful in anyway I just wish that when you order some thing that you’re paying for it’s to your satisfaction, that’s it

Decided to give this location another try cause we had food issues the last time, but its close to home. We got it to go. The whopper jr patty was not edible, it was like shoe leather, so over done and must have been sitting out. My wife had the chicken sandwich and had to take off the lettuce because it was all pink, besides for forgetting to put anything else on it, thats supposed to come on it. The frys and onion rings were barely cooked and cold. We will just go to the burger king on Waddell and save ourselves next time. Its a shame they cant get it right..

i went here and we went inside to order, it took a lil for someone to take our order, they also messed mine up, after we ordered we got our drinks and waited for atleast 5-10 minutes for our food as they were still serving the drive thru cars that came after we got there, when we got our food i got the crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken was soft and not at all crispy, there were 2 little pieces of bacon and one pickle.

We tried to stop here in the way to a movie but the they were having some kind of issues with their equipment and AC. They had power, but couldn’t make food. Luckily there were three other locations in a 2.5 mile radius.
