I ordered a kids nugget meal and fries. No fries, even though that was half the cost of my meal, and the nuggets were literal rocks. Money wasted for inedible and non-existent food. Super frustrating- and unable to go back and fix things with a toddler and it being time for food and sleep. This really threw off our day, and just stinks.

Wish I would have read reviews before coming all this way. If you plan on using coupons even in the app don’t bother. They use a square type payment process and can’t honor coupons. Despite this and the cashier having attitude towards me I ordered food so not to waste my trip. I never got a receipt. The food came fast but was old cold fry’s. The other customer calling out orders called out a number. I said I had no receipt so don’t know my number he rudely said it was mine. I never got thanked or even greeted. This place is one of the worse places I ever ate at.

Horrible service! Do not try to use a coupon at this location, they will attack you! In the past you physically didn’t have to have it they still honored a code or a pic on your phone! Every retailer including Macys, Kohl’s they will honor their coupons. Looks like BK will be going out of business soon with horrible management and staff like this one!

Ordered original chicken sandwich …it was burnt …horrible this is the second time ordering food thru the drive thru they send out horrible food because they know you won’t drive back…2x now the food was terrible …no more it’s like a ghost town there every day …stay away save your hard earned money
