Ordered the two for $12.99. My impossible burger was cold,so I sent it back. Clerk didn’t acknowledge me,just told other clerk needed another impossible burger. Replaced burger was luck warm. Smile and thank you or sorry works for me it might for other customers too.

My wife got a impossible Burger it was ice cold and I had a chicken sandwich that was lukewarm. We took the impossible Burger back it took almost 15 minutes just to get it back and it still was not hot but she eat 1/2 the sandwich thru the rest away. Well that one Burger King that’s not going to see our business again. Bad service and Slowly then running down hill people were coming in they said there 30 minutes behind at that time they walked out.

Check your bag before leaving. I ordered a burger with extra cheese. I am not sure if I got what I paid for or not. If I got it, they put all the cheese on one patty. So it is hard to say. I ordered nuggets, and they asked what sauce I wanted. But they didn’t give it to me. Now, this wouldn’t be as big a deal. If I hadn’t received 8 dry chicken nugget shaped hockey pucks. The sauce would have made it easier to choke them down.

This is, hands down, THE WORST Burger King in the WORLD. The workers are rude and incompetent. The food is cold and the orders are always wrong. Forget the drive thru altogether. Most times nobody answers the speaker. Go anywhere else in the world for food. Trust me.

This BK’s closing time is posted as 10 PM. Tonight I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:30 PM and was told repeatedly that they weren’t taking orders – no reason given and no I’m sorry. I should have learned my lesson when I had the same experience before.
