There was one person waiting for food and a guy in the drive through. It took 5 minutes for them to take my order and 20 minutes for biscuits if I had waited. I got a refund. I’d say they wasted the biscuits but they were taking old messed up sandwiches and remaking them into new orders. The manager wasn’t going to give me a refund either, I guess. One of the workers said to give cash. If you know, you know. Some of us know not to even try at these places

Just like any other fast food place make sure to check your order before you leave the drive-through. These people will forget the simplest things and make you come back and then act like it’s your fault that you’re supposed to check the bag. Yeah I am because you have a lack of come put in to do your job, right don’t know how these people want $15 an hour can’t even put the right order in the bag

I ordered two sausage egg cheese croissant meals. I drove off and went to open it when I noticed not only was my croissant warm , the croissant itself was soggy, and my egg was wet, the cheese was stuck to the sausage and bread which meant one thing…. they gave me a sandwich that has been prepped and sat in the warmer for a long period of time. I called and was told to come in to get a refund . I came in and spoke with the manager and informed her of the issue. I also told her that I used to work for different fast food chains , and they’re prepping more than what they’re receiving for customers. My food should have never gotten soggy. My bag was even soaked at the bottom. The hash browns even were wet of grease. The assistant manager did honor my refund, and she was kind, and respectful, however the issue needs to get resolved , this is never acceptable to serve to customers, nor safe. That was served to my kid so it frustrated me that he wasn’t able to eat breakfast. To whomever is reading this always request fresh when ordering your food for this following reason, fast food chains have to honor that because if you don’t you aren’t promised the quality just the speed of service.

This is the second time I’ve gone over for breakfast and the food given through the drive thru was old, stale and disgusting.
You can’t see in the pics how the bread and tots are HARD as a rock.

Our Burger King here on 91st in Peoria gives us excellent service every time we go. Drive-thru is fast.

I ordered online even though the application verified my order. The store didn’t have it ready. The week before they forgot to make part of our order. Lunch time is limited so when you pre-order you expect it to be done ✔️ when you get there or timely. But never at this restaurant for me has been an issue the 2 times I have been there.

Hi my family and I stopped going to this location for a couple years because of bad service and nasty food, but we gave it a shot this week and wow were we surprised the food was great and the customer service provided by Hayley and Brandon was top notch!!! The way they took care of our order and needs really showed that they actually care about there customers and we were not just another car in there drive thru and that means a lot to my family and I, so burger king on 91st ave and Peoria keep up the good work it’s so nice to not have to go really far out of my way for burger king I again can feel sale going to my local BK!!!! and BRANDON AND HAYLEY thank you for showing my family and I that we can finally go back to this location with no issues and get great food and even better customer service so again Brandon and Hayley thank you and keep doing what you both do so well!!!!!!

went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 meals when we got home which isn’t far from burger king, are burgers where super cold not even hot was given old fries that were stale, ordered a Hershey’s pie wasn’t even given the pie. tried to call the store no one answered it was close to closing time. called the next day said they couldn’t do anything about it and just offered to give the Hershey pie that we didn’t receive. you can clearly see the fries that was given to us were old and not even fresh. nothing was done to even remotely try to make it right or even apologetic for the old cold food that we had received. this is very unprofessional and poor customer service for the money we spend to get cold food and things not given to us when we paid for it. i will never be going back to this location

The young man who helped me was very friendly and welcoming. Great personality & very likeable. Made my visit very pleasant and the food was nice & hot and tasty too . Will be back for sure!
