President’s Day, 12:30pm.. Burger King, at least this particular Burger King does not do well with “busy”. I mean to say that it wasn’t that busy, but they were experiencing a steady flow of lunch customers. More so than usual because of the Holiday, which any restaurant manager would.
I had ordered a sandwich to go and I it wasn’t the 15 minute wait that was so bad.. it was the Dramatic Entertainment that ensued during the wait.
The fellow manning the cash register (white male, dark hair, huge scar on the side of his face and giant holes in his ear lobes) decided to create a scene with the girl who was quite busy, working the drive-through. I believe he called her Karla/Carla?
I was standing alongside others, around the tables which were a fair distance from the front counter. But we could all hear him quite plainly, berated Karla for not doing enough work. (?) All while he stood at the front, doing much of nothing! Karla wouldn’t have it, fussing back at hime and reminding him that he was NOT her boss.
Anyone could see that the young man had issues and was trying to take them out on a fellow employee. Nor was it the time and place to have such a heated discussion.. which he had started.
Hopefully, a manager will see this review and take appropriate action.

My First impressions was wow! how clean this burger King is especially compared to the McDonald’s down the road by the pilot gas station. The staff was amazing and treated me like I was family and that is rare in fast food chains. The only thing I seen that I notice was bad was the burger King sing it’s missing a light other then that this store is super clean. I recommend this burger King store. vary well done

No disappointments here! New build, upgraded environment. Same great food no mistakes were made on my changes. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant & bathrooms were very clean.

Pretty slow service for a fast food joint. Bathrooms were dirty and out of paper towels. Dinning room was clean however… food was normal BK quality. Impossible whopper is really good…does have high sodium however

This particular Burger King is spacious, The cashier was polite and knowledgeable , good place to relax and eat while going on road trip. Clean restroom , I Highly Recommend this place

This is the fourth or fifth time they got my order wrong, mainly no tomatoes, idk how hard it is but apparently impossible. The cashier was confrontational, didn’t know how to call my order number for a dine in order, and was to busy flirting with his coworker to actually pay any attention to other things around him.

Worst experience ever took more than 30 min to get my food! Once I got the food I was missing items on my order.Not only that they messed up my order completely . Took it back to them and hey they still gave me the wrong item again. Will not be back to this location bad service all around !

Came by drive through at 10:10 pm, lights turned off, they were closed with workers cleaning however, the website shows they close at 11:00 pm. Please update the hours accordingly.

Aden and hi if you want to call it a staff are completely incompetent kids. 30 minutes and still no food and then on top of that Aden becomes a smart ass and asked me. “So do you want a refund because your food is ready” so I said absolutely.

It’s Burger King, the store and bathrooms were clean, we received fast and friendly service, the food was as expected. This one does have one of the near fancy soda machines. Lots of parking outside, and plenty of tables inside.
