Previously before this location did struggle terribly but they have gotten a lot better. Food has always been freshly made the last 3 times I’ve been here. The need louder speakers through the drive through though.

Absolutely obserd I order 1 8 piece j/c tots
And 1 8pc cheesy totts then I’m told by the gm i can only get one ranch anything else is an up charge because it’s technically 1 order and I only get 1 sauce per order anything else is extra so what do I need to make 2 separate orders ??? That’s absolutely ridiculous I will never be coming back do to rude service and I truly hope they get a new gm. I get limiting sauces but 1 sauce per order is just stupid what if I ordered 10 8 peice ?

One would think they are butchering the cow for how long it takes. Sat in the drive through just now for 20 minutes for one car to be processed. Used up my entire lunch just to sit there, maybe its new staff but handle your long ques better. At least have them pull to the front lot as ive been asked too so many times before. Car behind me had to blow their horn just to get their attention to order…..place has gone downhill service wise.

This has been a favorite location of mine personally, in the El Mirage area. Located next to Goodwill and Near a Walmart too. This location has always done a pretty good job at supplying fresh, hot and good food, each time I have returned. The lobby has always been pretty clean and up kept. On occasion you will find there to be some trash around, and the soda bar to be lacking of napkins, lids or straws, and a bit dirty. Aside from this the staff her is great, they generally all display good customer service and attend to any that is brought to their attention immediately. So with this being said, I give them a 4 star rating honestly due to the lacking of: overall cleanliness at times and their need to vamp up the soda bar upkeep. Other than these minor concerns, their outstanding customer services and quality foods continue to bring me back and should you too. Thank you for the time you took to read over my review, much appreciated.

Went here today around 2pm. I am disgusted by the customer service that the lady had given me. She was extremely rude and seem like she hated her job. She seem like she didn’t want any business. She anticipated while I was getting my money like she wanted to jump in my car and do it for me. She gave me my drink and forced the bag into my hand to hurry me off because she obviously had better things to do. I opened the bag and looked at my burger and it looked like garbage. Like they slapped it together in 5 seconds. I wanted to throw up looking at it. I went to chik-fil-a after and got a meal there instead. I will never waste any time or money ever coming back here.

Some of the best drive thru service I have received in a long time from Angel. He was very friendly and patient when I couldn’t find my card and had to use tap to pay. He was truly and Angel and the embodiment of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I’ve been coming here for years and the current staff is by far the best I’ve ever seen or dealt with! Food was fresh employees where very friendly! I’m literally typing this right now while I’m still eating! I ordered bacon and Swiss meal with onion rings fries and a side of mozzarella fries! I highly recommend!

The service was not good. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what. All of their focus was on the drive through. It took forever to be waited on. We eventually left and went to the Burger king on Bell and RH Johnson. I can’t rate their food because we didn’t eat there.

This Bk is by far the rudest and food isn’t even quality like the other places I’ve been too. First the Manager doesn’t know how to speak on a headset and when I told her what I wanted she kept saying a whole meal. I repeated myself several times about to drive off . Second what I got was not it Instead I got a whole entire different order and when I corrected her she slammed the drive thru window and started talking loudly. How do you mistake a Sausage egg and cheese for a burrito????? She than gave me a total and asked after I pay I park by the small single door.
Girl got me messed all the way up when she gave me another burrito and said it was the sausage egg and cheese!! I don’t want to sound mean but she needs hearing aids it was supposed to be two croissants not two burritos at this point I’ve done waited 15min parked and now I’m officially late for work. I asked her name and she said why. I captured her tag and her name is Lily. If you ever come across this lady be sure to know she’s unpleasant and I go back my BK by my house at least if I wait they get it right and are always so nice these guys Nope
