This location used to be great, however, that is not the case anymore. Every time we have come to this particular location in recent months, there has been something wrong. Considering that I could’ve paid close to the same price at a real restaurant for much better food, this is just ridiculous. The chicken sandwich I ordered had the equivalent of an old, overcooked chicken strip slapped on a large bun. There was more bread than anything else. The rest of my family ordered the same sandwich, and theirs were not this way. This is just one of the many issues we have had at this location recently. It used to be our favorite one in the area, but we will no longer be returning customers.

Clean and new. My order was correct, food was cooked well, presentation was very good. It’s sad when this is the high bar. Other chains give you burgers slid off and cheese half off the burger…if they remember to pack it. So yes I appreciated the service and attention to detail this Burger King provided.

Food is dry and wasn’t what I expected especially when BK is the king of all burgers. In addition my daughter loves mozzarella sticks from here and this was unfortunate and a waste of money as the cheese sticks looked like it was a year old and kept it freezer. My daughter eats anything with cheese and there was only one stick that had some cheese in the stick. Other three was thrown away. Guess I’ll try another BK in the future

I realize the employees may be new after the store remodel, but not only were prices higher than other Burger Kings I did not get what I ordered. I ordered two loaded breakfast sandwhiches with ice tea. When I got to the window he told me how much the order was. I gave the cashier my credit card. He then said we have no tea what drink do you want. I said I didn’t want a soda I would like the drinks refunded. I gave him back my card. A few minutes latter he came back and said they were brewing the tea. I said no I don’t want to wait. It went on and on so long story short not only did I not get the tea there was no sausage on the sandwiches. Not a happy customer.

It’s always something with this location if it’s not getting my whole order, the food is just horrible, they close early with no signs up in drive thru or anything – SOMETHING. I try to avoid this location at all cost but tonight I was like I’m just gonna go. I shouldn’t have. No signs up no notice sat for like 5 minutes before hearing we closed early. Now the reasons I’m completely understanding on but to not have up signs and leave people waiting is just bad business
