Thermostat is sat high to save a buck!! Or something. It was so hot inside, but not as hot as it would be if the AC was broke.
The drink station was nasty. It obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Water didn’t work. Soda water didn’t work. Coke was out of order. The Dr. Pepper was so watered down, I didn’t bother getting a refill or finish my original drink. Who knows what else wasn’t working. Besides the employees. Actually the cashier did well taking my order. That was the highlight. Practically all the tables were dirty. The floor hasn’t been swept all day. The whole time I was there, I was the inly customer and NO ONE checked on the dining room status.
All bun no burger and a ton of mayo on the Whopper jr. Fries were good and fresh.
That about sums up my experience here today. And from the other reviews, it seems to be the status quo.

I ordered the Texas double whopper with Swiss cheese added, which would then make it a double meat, double cheese, and add ketchup… But what I got was no bacon, no jalapenos, no ketchup, and when I asked them for extra pickles on the side when I went in, they looked at me like if I murdered their dog… I’m a truck driver and I was already gone from the location, so I couldn’t just turn around and take it back… Not cool at all because it just doesn’t taste the same…

Burger King, the staff was very nice. The food was fine. But please please please clean your bathrooms. As soon as I walked in, I was overwhelmed with the stench of dirty bathrooms. That smell is rancid urine on top of rancid urine. You have to get a bleach solution spray down the side of your toilets ,the walls, the corners ,the stall walls ,everything. Then rinse it down. The girl at the counter says they can’t do anything about it. This is just lack of knowledge. Please please please make the proper adjustments thank you.

So i ordered 104 dollars of food to have delivered, only to receive the sandwiches, no fries, no chicken fries and no tots. I called and the manager tells me the new girl up front forgot to give the dasher the bag. So I could come pick up the food, if I could have went to get my food I would have. Then I am told I can come at anytime because she took my name that I can get my food plus a free combo…..ARE YOU KIDDING ME….104 dollars, no you should have made my food fresh and had another dasher that YOU pay for and bring it to me. Do better because I just got screwed and y’all are thieves because there is no way in hell I am going there for a bunch of fries. This burger king is the worst. Also isn’t it funny how they will only reply to good reviews but not acknowledge the bad reviews, I guess the bad reviews should just go to corporate since the managers are afraid to say anything.

I love Burger King but this has got to be the worst ever. The last three times I have gone here they have told me to pull around to the parking lot and they will bring out my order. Every time I have to go inside to get my order, after a 20 minute wait. Its a shame I loved this resturant, but im done. At least there is another BK in Buckeye

Not very busy inside the drive thru was packed. So since we used coupons we went inside. There was only 3 people sitting down eating. To my surprise the dine was disgusting. So bad I didn’t want to put my cup down to fill it up. Mold, dried old soda the trash was over flowing. The door was filled with so many finger prints you could see thru it. Completely not understandable and disgusting

I’m lactose intolerant so I asked for no cheese. I saw the general men remove cheese from an old sandwich since they couldn’t make me a new one. What kind of service is that?

This has to be one of the worst Burger King when you walk in the door it smells like a sewer, the people that work there have no personality. Whatsoever and you can tell, they don’t love their job. And that could they don’t give you access to any ketchup, so you have to go ask Em. And then they’re bothered.

This location either needs to be shut down, or completely re managed or re staffed. I went through the drive through and waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Then waited another 5 minutes in the live to pay for my order. The service was slow that the person infront of me left without paying or receiving their order. Then, when I get to the window, they read off the wrong order, the order that belong to the customer that just left. I corrected her and told her what my order was. She then proceeds to read the wrong order AGAIN. I corrected her, again, just for her to read the wrong order a 3rd time, then called for assistance. She finally got the order right, then tells me the total. I asked if the order was ready before paying, because I was now running late for work, waiting 15/20 minutes for mozzarella sticks. She told me they weren’t ready, to which I left without paying or receiving my order. Whoever is in charge of hiring people, needs to be fired themselves. Please get some staff that knows what they are doing!
