I came here after work. I was told to hold on l in drive thru. I was then forgotten about. They continued to take the order of another person who arrived well over 4 min after me. I sat there saying hello into the speaker and no one answered l. I had to reverse and go into the other line . When the person finally came on the speaker I was telling them the incident that happened they switched me back and forth between 2 people 3 different times. No one has apologized. I had to go inside to get the store number and corporate information as according to them a manager is not available until Wednesday which I will personally be coming in to speak with.

I usually come here for my lunch around 10:40 pm, and the service is a hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll get served right away and I have no problems and it’s great. The other times it’s already closed, even though they close at 11. I will wait in the drive through for about 8 or so minutes, and get no response. So then I call and they pick up and immediately hang up. The staff and service here is a hit or miss depending on the people working.

Food was accurate. I think the place needs some help. Lobby needed some attention, and there are homeless passing through. I have no complaints about the food, but the cleanliness of the restaurant attitude of the staff attention. It was some sort of exchange among the staff during our visit that sounded like an argument, or name calling.

Waited almost 30 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. I sat there watching the girls working constantly check their phone and wander around just waiting around for the food to be done, I’m assuming. My son walked in the lobby to use the restroom, he went up to the counter to ask them to unlock the bathroom. Waited there for about 10 minutes and and was never acknowledged. Definitely need to improve their customer service.

Love coming to this place whenever I’m around 99th Ave and the I-10fwy. It’s always quite, there’s never really a line and hardly any people at the dining area. My orders are always done correctly, so there’s never a mistake. Tha employees always greet you and pay attention when you are ordering. The place is always clean and you can find a parking spot right up front the main entrance.

Always incredibly slow! They ask you to park out front so they can reset their timers, then leave you out there over 10 minutes. Today we stopped and when we got home with our food discovered mold on one of the burgers!
