I been here 5 or 6 times. This is by far the worst burger king slow wait time just in drive thru not even any car’s in drive Thru or parking lot. They keep saying hold on. 15 minute wait time non rush hour. I don’t recommend this establishment go to a different establishment for better and faster service.

Found plastic pieces chopped like lettuce in my whopper. Called the location to have them fix the problem before someone else chokes on its. No answer. BEWARE!!! Plastic pieces cut to the size of lettuce.

I stopped by this BK after a visit to the Tempe Sports Complex Dog Park and was in and out with the swiftness. I ordered the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich deal with one Bacon and Egg Crossan’wich and one Sausage Egg and Cheese crossan’wich. I usually just get sausage but I switched it up with the bacon this time and I think I might switch to bacon entirely because it was so good.
Asked for a few packets of ketchup to get some sauce in the mix and had an awesome breakfast.

I normally order food from this location, which has always been ready in a timely manner. I wanted to order some food from here around 11:40 pm, since it said closing time is 12:00 am online, but the drive thru and inside was closed before closing time. Some people have diabetes and are unable to wait long periods for a meal. Think about individuals on the autism spectrum, who may be expecting a meal from Burger King, but can’t get anything (with the possibility of having a meltdown) due to inaccuracy or false advertisement. The hours need to be updated.

I am not here for a refund. I am here to give an honest review, of a place close to my home. When I stopped by for a quick lunch. I was looking for a consistent product. Service was great and friendly. The lady taking my order and cashing me out was very friendly. The order on the screen was correct and was a clean transaction. Once I opened my burger. I saw items missing I paid extra for and items that I did not want on the burger that was in the order. Looking at the meat. It was clear that it was not fresh and wrong. I wish I could come to a BK and “have it my way”. But I am done getting orders wrong/incorrect. Hope this helps other with a warning that there is no consistency with the food here at this location. Service is great and you can hear the smile through the speaker. But if you are known for food. It needs to be better.

I went there to pick up a order and the manger I believe at the time was literally ripping the employee who was making the food a new one at the counter where customers take orders and all the other patrons and myself heard the entire thing and I had to say to the guy who was wearing a maroon shirt and had black hair that is human evening and have the respect to take that in the back no one here should hear this conversation and have some respect in general!!!! I can’t believe I witnessed this this blatant disregard for customers the bare minimum of respect for the employee regardless of what they did and to treat them like that I urge everyone to not go to this BK and go to another one close to it they are not worth your money wit the way the handle and treat people!!!!

I brought my grandkids here for the Halloween meal. The girl who took our order was kind at first. I ordered all 4 items from the Monster Menu. She told me that they were out of the purple chocolate syrup for the Franken-Candy Sundae, “It’s frozen and I have to go back in the freezer to find it because the last shift didn’t take it out when they ran out. Is regular chocolate syrup okay?” I said that’s fine. We finished our order. Then 2 families ordered after us. One of the other families got their food. Then the other family got their food. I waited a few more minutes. Then I went up to the counter to ask about our order. She said, “They’re still working on it. There was a shift change.” I told her that the two families that ordered after us got their food. Her answer, “Well, there was a shift change during a food rush and there was an online order and I don’t know what’s going on in my kitchen right now.” And she seemed irritated with me. Honestly, I think she forgot about us because one of the other workers walked over to where the food is waiting, put it on two trays and handed it to me. Then, we had ordered a 8-piece jalapeño cheddar bites. There were only 6 pieces. Went up to the counter, they corrected it. Then my granddaughter opened her “Jack-O-Lantern” whopper. – it had a regular bun. I showed the same girl – “Oh, we’re out of those orange buns.” If it’s one thing, no biggee. Two things, hmmm. Three things, come on!
