I usually like this Burger King and don’t have any issues. I order through the app, which they don’t always give you the option to ask for sauce. Although, I always request sauce through the driver, and Burger King has given me multiple sauce packs with no issue. Today I requested and they denied, which they also didn’t have the decency to even give ketchup.Food was also not great, I’ll never order from this location again.

I am still giving this location 4 stars. They are good, but there is usually some issue that makes me wait longer or have to change my order.
This time, it was the soda machine being out of order and limited drink flavors available.
The staff is always nice and usually quick with my order.
Chicken sandwiches seem to take a bit longer.
Check your mail for coupons, they usually send them out every other week. The app is good to earn points and rewards, but the paper coupons are usually a better deal by a couple of dollars than the same offer on the app.

At this location, whenever I order a chicken sandwich, I have to pull-over, out of the drive-thru line and wait for my food.
I really like the coupons that come in the mail. You can also access most of the same deals that the coupons offer on the BK app.

Food is poorly prepped and served. The fountain drink machine is the mixed-machine so you don’t get a nice clean taste to your fountain drink. This location does not have the frozen drinks/slurpee

A Burger King is a Burger King, right? Not at all. This location is head and shoulders above the rest, easily the best in Arizona. It is clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The menu is varied. The prices are great and with the frequent coupons, they are amazing. The chicken sandwich is a delicious classic. Even the bun tastes like it’s fresh from a bakery. The fries are hot and crispy all the way home. The jalapeño cheddar poppers are insanely good. This location will be a regular stop.

I unfortunately left behind my debit card as I was in a hurry to the Phoenix Mercury finals game. There was three of us on my order was kind of big. I spent all evening calling and calling. Woke up really early and started calling again because I wanted to make sure my debit card wasn’t completely lost. I got no answer so I drove to the location called again as I’m walking in heard the phone ring and no one paid attention to the phone there was no one in the dining room or waiting in the drive-through. The manager was rude and told me she didn’t answer the phone because she’s been busy there was no one in the dining room or drive thru.. caused me a huge inconvenience when they could have simply entered and told me it was there.

This has been my go to BK location for years now even though there’s one half the distance away from my house. I usually have no problems but, today, I placed my order on the app and was charged 25¢ x2 for bbq sauces that I ordered and asked the young lady at the drive thru window if my sauces were in the bag, she responded ” Yes they are”. As I proceeded out of the drive thru, I checked and there were no sauces to also include the zesty sauce that was included with my halfsies. I look at this as being lazy more than dishonest on the employee’s part as she failed to double check the order before she gave it to me. I don’t want to be petty about this as it happens all the time with most fast food establishments, not just Burger King. In today’s economy with everything going up in price and now being charged for things that were free for the longest time, accuracy through double checking orders should be a priority especially when the customer is charged for items they aren’t receiving because someone didn’t take the extra time (seconds) to double check the order is correct. Next time, I’ll go inside to get my order and double check it myself at the counter.

I came through the drive-through because I had made an order on the app and there were some technical difficulties. The store could not see my order so II came through the drive-through because I had made an order on the app and there were some technical difficulties. The store could not see my order so I was directed to go back to the app and see if I can try to order again. After getting a refund, I came inside the store to make my order again, and the girl at the counter was so sweet and very helpful and understanding with my frustrations and my food was so hot and fresh. I am very pleased.
