If I could give it a negative number I would. The worst customer service. I went thru the drive thru and it took 5 minutes before they came to the intercom and there was only 1 car in the 2nd lane. Had to repeat the order also. Waited over 10 minutes at the window before they told us to pull around because the chicken fries weren’t ready. After 20 minutes from time if payment, still don’t have my order. Went inside to find out what the problem was and they said still waiting on chicken fries. I asked does it take 20 minutes for them and they said no. So then what the hell is the hold up. Mind you store was not busy only 1 person inside eating. So finally got my order, need less to say it was cold because it sat on the counter waiting on the chicken fries and not under the warmer . I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t offer me that. So I asked for the manager and he wasnt there, got his name and number and he still hasn’t responded Contacted Corp and they offered me a 15.00 digital coupon, I explained I wanted a refund and was told that had to come from the store owner/management. That was 1 week ago and I still haven’t heard from them. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Obviously the workers learned horrible customer service from the owner/management so it all flows downhill, and no one care about the customer or quality of service that should be received. I know it’s fast food but I still expect better then what I received

Shawn took our order, assisted with the coupon and gift card and gave us the senior discount on the drinks. He was polite, respectful, helpful and extremely accurate in getting our social orders. The food was cooked by Hunter and he brought it out quickly, hot and nicely wrapped the whopper juniors were tasty, good size and fresh with no grizzle in the meat. I don’t know these people but it’s the first time in a long time I felt “served with respect” and received EXACTLY what I ordered in a timely fashion. We were there at 1:50 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy but everything was completed perfectly. The entrance way smells bad between the entrance doors but not sure what the problem is. I find that at several fast food restaurants recently. They still get 5 stars as the service was terrific and the food perfect. That’s why I came here.

I understand that some workers really work hard for that $15/hr pay. But then I order Mushroom melt and the bread doesn’t get toasted the mushrooms, burger temperature were not up to par. I’m very disappointed as a customer and this reflects my honest review. Recommend proper training on holding food at proper temperature and new cooks properly trained in each item that goes out.

Burger was really bad. The patty was clearly old. It was dry and the edges were burnt. It had that texture food had after it’s been reheated in the microwave. And it had this very weird bubbly texture to it. The bun was super hard and stale. And the cheese was like plastic around the edges like what cheese does when it sits out for hours. I get that I got a cheeseburger during breakfast hours, but if you advertise a “Burgers for Breakfast” menu I expect it to be edible and not last night’s leftovers, which I whole-heartedly believe this to be true because there is zero chance this was a freshly made. Also not pictured because I threw the burger away before I could look at it any longer but I found a very short maybe quarter inch long hair on the burger patty. Had the burger not been terrible enough for me to open it and inspect it I would have unknowingly eaten the hair. If you really need a fast food burger just go across the street to McDonald’s and give this place a pass. I don’t really write negative reviews but I felt it important for customers to know about an experience like this.

The Menu board hasn’t worked in about Six Months! I sat in the parking lot and tried to bring up a Burger King Menu on my phone. Wouldn’t you know it, the online INSISTED On MY Home Address!!!! Before I could Address the Menu issue. Then they asked about My ORDER!! Again This was all Prior to me ORDERING!!!! As a Service Related Business OWNER in the East Valley since 2001

This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had first of all they didn’t put all of my food I purchased in the bag and then I returned to receive my original chicken sandwich on hamburger buns I am so they could have ask me if that was okay never going there again and I hope they read this and hire better employees. I didn’t want to put any stars but it wouldn’t let me post without putting one. So on that note no stars

I just want to give a big shoutout to Nathan working the drive-thru today! He went above and beyond without me even asking — something that’s rare to come by these days. Nathan had such a positive, welcoming attitude, and it truly made my day. I was having a long one, but his energy and professionalism lifted my mood instantly.
You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience, and that kind of service is what keeps people coming back. Hats off to whoever is behind building this winning culture at this location — it shows! Management, please recognize this young man. Employees like Nathan are the heartbeat of your brand.
