Now I know why it’s so hard when people don’t complain about their food and they’re just taking it in and and don’t want to say that they’re satisfied do not waste your money here at Burger King and the manager doesn’t care if she does not she did not say yes she was sorry she didn’t she just wanted to complain and defend yourself with Nathan hair we went back in there two times and we didn’t want we don’t need nothing for free we just want to have a good meal and eat right we’re hungry but that didn’t happen it said we got Rotten Tomatoes and Soggy lettuce and then looked at like if we’re trying to hustle them for a meal

Went through drive through between 1:30 and 1:45pm on Thursday Dec 11.2025 Ordered number 8 classic with a coke med size and a bag of ice. Instead of 2 chicken tender wraps I got a dried piece of crusty chicken that was dark brown, cut in half and rolled in tortillas with wilted lettuce. It looked like it was cooked at the beginning the lunch shift and they cut it up and served it at the end. I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. I understand this is Burger King and not a 5 star restaurant, but at least do better than the garbage you tried to pass off as food.

Gotta love this place. The chicken wraps are so good. Papa juniors are my favorite but I also gotta love the ice cream. My puppies and I go a few times a week although the ice cream was down the other day. Make sure you get that back up please

The drive-thru is the absolute worst. You either get okay service or the absolute subpar, slowest, and rudest on Earth. I’ve had to back out of the drive-thru based on the amount of time I wasted waiting. I gave it a second chance today only to have the absolute rudest person at the window. No smile, eye-rolling, poor service, and smugness. This place is the worst possible because of it’s service. Literally go anywhere else.

I stood waiting in front of the counter for almost 20 minutes and no one came out to greet the customer. Does the manager here know how to manage the restaurant? Why did he leave the front counter without any staff?
I would suggest that the manager should learn how to manage store before working in this kind of management. It’s terrible.

I did a mobile order for 2 cones! The girl just opened the window without saying anything, looking all crabby…. Hands me one cone then goes to get the second one and hands it to me in a cup without saying anything again…. And that was it… no napkins no spoon… no thank you or absolutely nothing!

That girl with the tattoos and glasses was ridiculous. She was so rude for no reason whatsoever. What is her problem? You got my order wrong, served me ice cold food and then gave me attitude when I politely asked you to fix it.

Came here December 7th to get food for my family, waited in line for 10 minutes while workers were just goofing off, by the time it was my time to order got told they are only taking cash but didn’t inform the person who order in front of me. I have had issues in the past at this location where I get told to go to the front and they helped other people that order after me, to the point I had to go in and found out they gave my order to the person who was behind me so had to wait another half an hour to get my food
December 23 placed online order set for it to be drive thru, came after it told me pick up time was 7:44 got to the location at 8:20 and do drive thru just to be told I need to go to the front to wait for my order, the whole point of me ordering online was to get it fast not to be waiting around for 10 or more minutes like they forgot about me. I seriously don’t recommend coming to this location I’ve had to many issues with this specific location. Order a whopper with cheese and waited an hour from when I places to when I went and picked up for them to forget my BBQ I paid extra for and to have the mess up half my order. Like seriously people, I hate that I don’t have cheese on my burger when I PAID FOR IT WITH CHESSE, MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW WHAT WE ORDER

Been here 3 times and every time Ive come in it has been an issue. Soggy onion rings. Didn’t care service. This last time no burger and a partially filled large onion rings. No apology they just look at you like so what get over it. Horrible.
