I normally don’t make these kind of post but the guy was rude, I handed him the money nicely and he snatched it out of my hand, I held composure and said thank you when taking my money and getting my change back I said
“ thank you I appreciate you “ while he rudely dumped the change in my hand. Then when I asked for sauce he didn’t say nothing just looked upset and dumped sauce in the bag. Fire this guy he clearly doesn’t appreciate his job or need it I guess

UPDATE MARCH 24. Still knocking it out of the park. Needed a light bite so I ordered a regular burger ($1.19) and a large fry. The order was correct, the drive up window employee friendly, and their burger patty seems quite a bit larger than the competition.
This BK is located at the far end of the Home Depot parking lot at Power and Germann Roads. Was picking up items at Home Depot at lunchtime and ordered a Whopper at the drive through. The staff was friendly and courteous. My custom-ordered burger was ready in no time and was perfect. The person who built this one got it right. I’m pleased to see that BK is using eco-friendly, low-mass old fashioned paper wrappers instead of cardboard packaging which eats up more resources and energy and adds unneeded bulk to our landfills. My paper bag had napkins – something that many order fillers forget to include, but not here. Overall, a good bite and a good experience.

Service was ok. Had to wait for quite a bit before someone in the back saw us and came up to our order. New Incredible Burger is pretty good. I like the new tacos to. Always appreciate when they load you up on veggies. Some days it’s not always like that but fairly consistent here.

Horrible food. We spent over $20 ordering 2 whoppers and the whoppers had one tiny pickle, the smallest piece of onion, in fact the same size as the pickle, zero tomatoes and one had the butt of the lettuce which was about the size of a half dollar the other had a small white piece of lettuce about the size of a quarter. It was nothing like the whoppers we grew up with and nothing like the advertisement. The buns were so very dry, not much mustard or Mayo which would have been needed to swallow the awful food. We went through the drive through, ended up taking pictures and throwing it all away. BK is in a very affluent area but making and serving food not fit for a dog and with the gray prices, customers receive less and less. We won’t return. Disgusting. Plus maybe remove the EBT sign, you need to advertise to those on welfare which we also pay for. Maybe they should shop at the grocery store and you all should promote healthy eating and stretching their money.

Order arrived with sloppy, smashed cheeseburgers and very stale fries. For $40, it wasn’t worth it. We’ve had better quality at other burger kings, but this one was a bust
