They didn’t put mayo in me whoppa. And they gave me the spooky nuggets instead of normal. The spooky nuggets got mysterious stuff on em. Dont go trick or treating here, they’ll give ya the trick in ya nuggets

Ordered via app for pickup. Shake, fries, onions rings were fresh. However my Whopper was not made with the customizations. Had cheese and bacon (yay – free extras) however it was loaded with ketchup, which wasn’t supposed to be on the sandwich. I also didn’t receive the Zesty dipping sauce for onion rings or ketchup for fries. I suppose I needed to use the ketchup on the burger for that?
My food was ready quickly (5mins after completing mobile order) and the staff was friendly. They had just mopped the floor and the interior looked clean.

Why did I pay 20$ for cold OLDDD food. Fry’s are crunchy mozzarella sticks are so beyond old and asked for extra pickle on burger, got one, and bacon is digusting.

I will not go to Burger King anymore I just don’t trust them. They put the credit card scanner away from view and on the wall. That is just red flag. And I will never understand why can they make a fresh burger. The burger I bought yesterday for my Child was soggy, looking old, squashed, the patty had a slight green hue and smell like it was getting rotten. The manager and franchise owner must do something about it. The food can make someone seriously ill. Food born illness can be fatal. Please have some heart. Otherwise find another job where you don’t deal with food.

Worst Burger King I have been to. I come to this one because it’s the only close one to my house. Every time I come rude customer service and the food is extremely cold, every single time I order at this Burger King food is disgusting. Burger King is Burger King, they all taste the same the difference is how clean and friendly the different locations are kept. My son loves this place and he earned it so whoppers for everyone!! They were friendly and the place was clean. Check them out if your looking for fast food and a clean place to eat.

I did that rare thing and filled out a survey and earned a free $4 whopper after spending $3.73 on fries and a drink. Normally I don’t want nor need this much food but this was my first meal at 1pm and pretty hungry. I love how big and juicy a whopper is… and the fries were really good too. The intercom was really hard to hear but the girl was really nice at the window with an apology and explanation.

Staff is friendly and the food is good during their busy times…so when you see a long line of vehicles in the drive through, you know the food is going to be freshly prepared.

Yummy food for sure but the WORST service. I ordered online and it says no toppings all across the recite and when I went back to fix it they tried to say it was my fault for ordering online but then the replacement burger was STILL WRONG! How does this even happen…

The quality of the food is consistently as bad as the employees are rude. I have gone here multiple times and been disappointed. Food often tastes like it is 10 hours old. Attached is a picture of my breakfast, fresh out of the wrapper, with a hair in it.
