This restaurant was not busy at all when I came, they have a lot of nice deals, and they accept the deals out of the burger King app. They charge for water, though I just asked them for a regular water and they charged me.In general, not bad, though. They asked me to pull over to a special reserve for drive through area.So that I wouldn’t hold up the lime while waiting for my food, so that’s nice for people who are in a hurry

Food was ok. They just didn’t get my order right. Been in Casa Grande for a year now and every single fast food place here has NEVER gotten our order right. The employees don’t pay attention to what customers order, nor do the employees who make the order, its ridiculous. Never had this problem in the Valley, Just Casa Grande.

7/3/2025 Just went and not only did they mess up my girlfriend’s burger and put ketchup and mustard on it even though the receipt said no to both, they even forgot to put the bacon i paid extra for on both my whopper jr’s. On top of that the mozzarella fries are so overcooked that the cheese bursted out and they taste burnt. Just horrible not even worth the time to go back and get a refund.

I don’t know why I keep coming here everytime I ask for fresh food and I never get it because i know what fresh is and how long it takes to make it I’ve worked for Burger King before sad part is instead of the General manager making sure I’m satisfied she let her manager give me cold breakfast sandwiches instead of giving me my whole meal fresh like I asked for the first time than only gave me my hashbrowns nd French toast fresh when I asked for (EVERYTHING) fresh take pride in your job lady’s with out us customers Yu wouldn’t have your pay checks to pay your bills thanks for small amount you gave in my medium hashbrowns also due to your incompetence. Every time I come through this location, always missing things of my order. I always have to drive back and pick up stuff. Never recommend anyone to go here. Staff are very disrespectful and manager. Don’t even know how to talk to customers.
