whopper i ordered came with a unidentified bug when i lifted the top bun, honestly disgusting and unprofessional of the manager who i saw laughed at the situation. the girl who i told about it was really nice and showed sympathy. reported to corporate and health dept. i understand it’s a restaurant and employees are there to get paid, but it’s unprofessional of them not to pay close attention to what’s around their work station.

Don’t forget to swing by to get kids meals. Half price between the times of 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.. this is great. During times of hardship for many families. The food was great, fresh, well prepared. The service was good. I won’t say it’s a five-star restaurant. As we all know fast food restaurants are not. However, the condiments were decent. They did not get any part of our orders wrong or forget any items, so that is a positive. Obviously prices are a little bit higher but look in your mailers for some great coupons and specials. It’s an awesome location. They aren’t usually very busy and the food tastes great. No tummy issues afterwards so for me that was a positive.

We all know that most of these fast food restaurants always get orders wrong. As I was leaving the drive thru I pulled over and I was missing a medium fry so I went back to the drive thru and was given the fries. When I got home my whopper was missing cheese and bacon. I had to drive back to BK and this time I went into the restaurant. Right away the manager told me that the burger didn’t come with bacon or cheese and ( she didn’t even ask me for the receipt ) before I could even show her the receipt she walked away and asked me for my name pulled the order and saw that it was their mistake. Grabbed the bag in a very rude manner and threw the burger in the trash and told the cooks that she needed a whopper with cheese and bacon. After it was done, she placed the bag on the counter and walked away with a bad attitude.
$30 dollars for mediocre service and on top of that an attitude? Never again. I should of gone across the street instead.

This place is really hit or miss. One day I go during the day and its the best whopper. Next time we go for dinner and the food is just gross. Tastes horrible. I just decided to get my whopper fix during the day. Not in the evenings.

They Ripped my paddy in half and gave me hard buns. Why?
I usually use the drive through because The woman at the counter always has an attitude and they’re usually okay in the drive through, I got food poisoning after eating the BBQ burger, and anything that wasn’t a regular Whopper and never again ordered anything other than that. Also They never have half of the things on the menu or just don’t want to make it.

Don’t bother coming for the Bikini Bottom Meal (SpongeBob) they don’t have the pie, the drink, the tots, they force you to replace with other items you don’t want instead of accommodating and taking off the cost of what they don’t have. The people working here are as worthless as Burger King is on stocking the items they know would sale a lot. It’s more like forced buying. This location is a bully.

Ordered some nuggets and a bacon king. Got home and they gave me jalapeño poppers and a soggy burger that seems like it didn’t even get grilled. It looked boiled lmao. And it didn’t even have bacon on it. Nastiest food I’ve ever got from a burger king. Buns were soaked too.

I placed an online order at this store and when I went to pick it up the woman at the counter told me there was no order placed and then walked away. She did nothing to help me and when I showed her my phone with order on there, she still said no. Horrible customer service she was rude and dismissive.

The cheeseburger is seeming to get smaller and smaller. The chicken nuggets were the bright spot. Good flavor and only $1 for a 10piece. The fries were cold after a 3min drive home. The spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and the lettuce was brown. Very disappointing.
