I think management needs to have a talk about customer service, especially with the male employee with a face tattoo and ponytail. (I don’t remember his name) He was extremely rude and unprofessional ,as well as willing to give free sauces to another customer all while telling my husband he had to charge him. What’s up with that? Just blatantly being disrespectful and for what? He was not treated badly by us. This is the closest Burger King to my home, newly renovated and the food is always hot and fresh but if this is how we’re going to be treated then we will just not go to this restaurant again.

I went through the drive thru today and was blessed to come into contact with Dee. She was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and personable and just brightened up my day! She was incredible and I just had to leave a review for her. I would go back everyday if she was the one to help me. Thank you for having such an amazing woman working there. Thank you Dee you are truly an amazing person!

I hoped this one would be better than the other…but when you order your burger off the broiler, it should come that way. I watched the cook microwave my burger, so I let the general manager know. She took the burger back for correction. Then instead of microwaving it…they took burgers that were just being warmed and put them on. You could tell it wasn’t hot off the broiler by how quickly it came out, and the fact the cheese wasn’t even melted. So it’s just like the last one that just closed…BK dont have it your way. But I will say the general manager returned my money without any problems

Hadn’t had a bad experience here before but they must have been having a bad day. The drive-thru line was at a standstill so when I went inside they said that someone had ordered $200 worth of food. So? Ask them to pull off to the side while they order is prepared and they can take care of everybody else in line. Also do not order the new steak burger it is absolutely horrible

My kids love the king jr meals I love the jr whopper with cheese. I love that burgan king serves full menu when they open you do not have to wait for lunch to get lunch (not like McDonald’s) this is a great location. Clean store

I’m not sure why but the fries taste like bad canola oil. Super funny aftertaste. I couldn’t even finish them. And the wrap was put together poorly. Honestly for being a brand new location and the remodel.. the food needs to be better. Really disappointed

I’ve had more than 3 terrible experiences at this new location. The worst customer service you will ever experience. Currently in the drive thru line and i’ve been waiting for 25 minutes. Still three cars behind girl drive-through cracking coworkers not taking seriously experience was within. A manager asked If I was waiting on an order and I did, I told them the name, and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes when my order was sitting right behind her the whole time. It’s a mess

The employees here are so kind, nice and work so hard. The issue is the ownership pays nothing, is horrible to staff and therefor the wait to get food, if anyone is working, is 30 minutes or more. We have had to leave this location ( back out of the order line without ordering) because only one person was working. Again, this is NOT an issue with staff it is an issue with the owner not paying, treating and hiring the needed staff. Also the owner puts time limits when they are staffed and half the time the food is undercooked or raw. Corporate needs to step in and stop this owner from his worst business practices.

Love the rodeo burgers I remember in 1998 when the rodeo burgar came out from the “small soldiers” movie great movie even greater burgar. Two rodeo burgar a large half onion ring and half fry and a chocolate shake is the best meal in town

There is a male worker there with a face tattoo and other tattoos and his customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Ruined what would’ve been a nice experience with my family. He was very rude, when they got the order wrong I asked if they could remake the food and his tone and gestures from the very beginning were extremely rude. Even after having received the wrap that my wife had ordered the tortilla was torn and im not sure if it was intentional. Will not be going here again. I don’t know who hired him but we avoid this location and haven’t been back to Burger King since because of his rude behavior and way of speaking. Very hostile. What a horrible experience.
