I experienced Horrible customer service , the Older manager there is very disrespectful , yells at customers and even worse treatment to her employees. Newhire looked super lost, this was the most unprofessional treatment I got to see today.I Asked for a refund afterwards and the manager said I couldn’t get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m sure yall are loosing money and mainly customers. Store and lobby super grosss . lol I guess I can’t come get my daily morning French toast

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and chicken patty was a dark brown color I asked can they make a new one and Maria said that is the Color it’s supposed to be and If they made a new one it would be the same so I threw away because they didn’t seem to care to replace or refund. I didn’t want to get sick so I decided not to eat it. That is bad food and service.

The kiosks don’t have an option to accept cash, when done with an order anymore. You’ll be subjected to wait and fill in an order while it could’ve been done on the kiosk with a simple feature. Nonetheless the workers are busy, they don’t have time to work the front so if paying in legal tender remember, they took away a feature that made it more convenient for you.

I have ordered my burgers the exact same way for 35 years extra pickle extra onion, your kiosks don’t allow for special orders like that. I am so sorry that I upset the lady behind the counter by needing my order taken because your kiosks are insufficient. Please update your kiosks or tell your team members it shouldn’t be the end of the world to have to take an order because the way somebody wants it is not available on a computer program. Wasn’t “your way” the whole slogan y’all had in the 90s or something?

I was very pleased my order was correctly made. Double whopper with cheese, extra onion, and add mustard. I did not ask for my burger OFF THE BROILER. And yet, it tasted like it came right off the broiler!! YES! Means it was freshly broiled. I purchased Sandwich Only.

I think the drive thru people are stealing money. I didn’t get a receipt on my order and they didn’t put all my items in bag. Missing items that I was charged for. I call and they dont answer just ignore after the first ring.

I ordered an Oreo shake on the kiosk. Waited 10 min to pay for it. There was a long line behind me and I’m still waiting 12 min later and no shake. Everybody else has their food. Guess because I’m the only white personal in here! Every employee has such a sour face. They are very rude. If you ask them what is taking so long while they are standing around on their phone, they look at you like how dare you. I definitely will not come back to this place.
