Made a mobile order for drive-through about 20 minutes ahead our arrival. Arrived at the drive-through intercom and recalled the order number. Drove up to the window and was told to park on the side parking lot. Waited 15 more minutes and our orders were still not delivered to our car. The car behind us got their items and left before us. Pressed horn and waved to the staff by the window but did not get any attention. Had to walk into the store and asked for the status. By the counter, the staff actually gave me the bag of our items. A very bad behavior was that the staff called me back and flipped into top of our bag, and took one burger away by saying that it was not ours. That was very unprofessional and unfriendly! That staff did NOT apologize for the mixed up NOR to our long wait! We were hungry so did not stay there to argue…

The Burger King on Main Street, the service of management is poor.The guy aaron throughout a disabled person with a server’s dog. Thy rude and disrespectful, staff and management.I prefer not having people go there because poor servers pour management.The service is poor staff port management , disrespectful manager so i hope burger king closes disrespectful franchise stores

I’ve been to a fair number of Burger Kings, and this one is really nice! They have this lovely outdoor seating area, which being in St. George is really pleasant – eating in the shade of the nearby trees. It’s near the freeway and in walking distance of nearby hotels. The interior was incredibly clean! The people who served me were very nice, and the food was actually good and came out quickly! I had a breakfast sandwich and french toast and no complaints.

They initially forgot the Whopper with cheese so we waited at the drive-thru window for about 4 minutes for her to come back and even look and see we were there and then we showed her the bag with the receipt and she said it’s my fault. I’m sorry. Let me grab it. We ended up getting a junior Whopper with no cheese but we’re in a rush to get out of town so did not go back.

I tried calling but number listed says VM is full. Here is a picture of my receipt and the pictures of my whoopers. There’s no cheese but I was charged w/ cheese. I tried calling to see if I can get a credit as this has happened other times and I let it go. But because it’s more than once to many times I called to get a credit. Other than that you guys are good

I’ve been coming here with a friend for breakfast on occasion over the past several years. I absolutely love how they have remodeled the inside! The booths are spacious and always clean. I love the outlets next to the booths, and the corner with the cushy chairs. The food is always good and the employees are very friendly! We always have a great experience!

Terrible experience at the drive-thru. The staff was rude and unprofessional, serving with a bad attitude from the start. On top of that, my order was wrong, and when I tried to address it, they showed no interest in fixing the mistake or even apologizing.
It’s unbelievable that customers are treated this way. Very poor service. I do not recommend this Burger King.

Ordered the number one whopper with fries and drink I must say it was excellent. Burger very tasty and fries also The fries at In and out Burger are so bad it’s what keeps me away from there!! Back again and all is good!!

The food was great, received as ordered and the staff was professional – the exception to this was an employee in the kitchen, preparing food, and coughing incessantly. That’s a bit disconcerting. If your line members are sick, please don’t allow them to prepare food.
