We went to drive through and was ask to pull around the front, and they’d bring our food out. 25 min later we got our food. No napkins, no condiments, and the double whopper with no cheese and no sauce was served plan with absolutely nothing on it. Horrible service. They said they were short staffed, but that doesn’t make up for bad service and lack of personality.

Being recently relocated to Richfield, we HAD to locate the local fast food places we used to frequent in our old locale, and finding a local Burger King was easy. Located on Main St, and situated in the ever popular off-the-highway dual business offerings you find if you ever do any long over-the-road trips. This being more of the less-strange dual options I’ve seen, as its paired with a Gas Station. Which is great if you need some gas, some nibbles or drink for your travels, and get a burger and fries in a nice sit down locale without being in your car. Having not only dined in, but often using the drive-thru, I can say the food is exactly as I remember it. I haven’t ever come home through the drive-thru without getting exactly what I ordered, which is saying a lot for ANY drive-thru. I’ve had, as others say, had many of an occasion, not only here, but a few other “fast food” restaurants in Richfield, to have a little wait in the parking lot for my food, but never more than ten minutes, and the food was always hot, even though the french fries never make it home before being eaten on the drive. As a side note, I frequent a lot of businesses in Richfield, and many have help wanted signs, more often than not. Not to mention, one thing I’ve had to get used to in Richfield is that its not only smaller than say, Salt Lake City, but its also more relaxed, and laid back. Maybe that’s considered an excuse, but I live here now, and I feel its a small price to pay.

The food had a good taste however service was not that great, cashier didn’t even say hello or can I take your order. The tables were dirty and full of old grease including the walls and fountain machine was dirty as well. This place is filthy.

Passing through town, nice little place to grab a bite. It is adjacent to a gas station away from the freeway exit. Order as correct and food took a bit to come out, but was HOT.

As a traveling caravan of nomads, we eat our fair share of trash across this land. Finding the greasiest, fastest food on the road is kind of our thing. This Burger King could really teach other BKs a lesson or three. The food was fresh, the staff was amazing, and the stay was relaxing. Glad to have dined at such a fine establishment. Would recommend.

We ordered the new 2 double cheeseburgers with ring fires meals with root beer to drink.. but we got Dr pepper to drink and a hamburger with no cheese.. how??

It’s a burger king, if your looking for 5 star your in the wrong place. That being said food was hot, tasted good, staff was quick, and the fries were fresh.
