Service was fast and friendly. What three bites of food I got was tasteless. More mayo than meat. Sauce on the chicken wrap was in my opinion gross and inedible. I threw it away. All of it was lukewarm at best.

I waited several minutes for a frazzled woman to kind of explain that it would be a few minutes for us to be taken care of. There was nobody else in front of us! Then, a zombie-like guy shuffled from the back and struggled to put gloves on, but he never really did anything. After several more minutes of watching these two putter around doing nothing, we left the Orem Walmart Burger King and drove across the parking lot to McDonald’s, where we were served quickly.

We have been in the drive thru for 27 minutes on a Friday night at 5:55 pm and we are not even to the window yet. Very very slow service. The guy who greeted us on the speak came on and said “hold please” right away. After 3 minutes of holding I asked if he was ready and he replied “I already asked you to hold please”. Unfortunately I had a foreign object in my drink today (still have no idea what it is, but I definitely puked after it came up from my Dr. Pepper). Probably just need to clean some spouts or double check the cleanliness of cups. Stuff happens, but this isnt the first time I’ve had to trash food or drinks because of issues like this. Workers are always super nice, though.

Normally we don’t take the time to leave a review but today’s great experience warranted a thumbs up and a thank you! We frequently stop at Burger King along the way, as we travel up and down the state. This was our first experience at this location. It was clean and the crew was very friendly, especially Laurel! She went out of her way, to make sure we had it our way, fresh, hot and delicious. (Our last few Burger King experiences, at other locations, have been less than good.) Thank you Laurel and team for making this visit great! We’ll definitely stop at the Salem Burger King again.
