Order the whopper meal freshly cooked with onion rings had a drink. She seemed a bit tad, put out that I wanted. My burger cooked fresh and I asked if The Onion rings could be cooked. Crisper had to ask for the sauces had to ask for napkins. When I opened my bag The Onion rings were fries

We ordered the Classic Royal Crispy Chicken, Chicken Jr., Whopper, fries, onion rings, Oreo shake, chocolate shake, and Hershey pie. I’m not sure what was going on with the buns, but they were oddly discolored, which heightened the taste buds and had the whole thing tasting bland and overcooked. Almost like it was left out for the day before being wrapped and served. Fries and onion rings were meh. The shakes and pie were great, and honestly, the only reason to go to any Burger King is for dessert.
The cashier was patient with my kids who all had to sweep over the menu for five minutes before making up their mind and ordering, for which I appreciate. She was a bright spot at this location. The bathrooms had me feeling like I was in a trashy New York subway, and the toilet paper holder and sink need some serious maintenance. My advice, don’t use the bathroom unless it’s dire.
If I’m going to “Have it [My] Way,” I’m going to pass on this location.

First time at this particular location.
The service speed was average. The food was better tasting than most Burger King. I’m not sure how or why. The burgers just seemed bigger and fresher.
I got the Bacon King, large drink, and chocolate shake. My father got a Whopper and vanilla shake. Our total was $27.66
The interior was clean, new, and fresh looking until you observed the bathroom. It is dated and dirty.
I’d return here if traveling through the area again.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because of the cheap prices, the cleanliness of the place (including the bathroom), and this cool hang-out area with little sofa seats. I thought that was nice. One thing I was a little disappointed with was how their fries LOOKED like they were seasoned and fancy, but the seasoning on the fries was so weak you could hardly even taste it. I think it was just salt and pepper, but they might as well have not put any on because you can’t even taste it. They just taste like plain fries with no spices or seasoning. Their sweet and sour sauce also tastes pretty funky.

This morning I ordered a fully loaded croissantwich. They then asked me if I wanted sausage, ham or bacon. I replied that it comes with all three as I pointed out the picture on the menu. They then explained that I could mix the meats how I wanted. I said great let’s do ham, bacon and bacon. When I received my order I had 3 sandwiches, one with enough ham for a footlong sub and 2 sandwiches with sausage…
I returned the sandwiches and was told to keep all three. I explained that I didn’t want sausage and wanted bacon. The manager threw the sausage sandwiches away and requested the cook make another. I explained loud enough for the cook to hear bacon, ham, bacon for the meats. A few moments later and they were trying to hand me a new sandwich, straight from her hand, that you could clearly see a sausage patty through the wrapper. I quickly pointed out that it too had sausage on it. The manager asked a different person to make the sandwich I requested. I watched as the employee quickly made the sandwich the correct way and then didn’t microwave it. I then pointed that out and asked if I should train them on how to do fast food. If you’re going to offer special requests, then get the order right. Usually this burger King is great but the employees working on 9/26/2025 at 8:09:31 should be retrained as their food cost for waste today was probably through the roof.

Had an issue with another Burger King location and they corrected the other location’s problem even though they never did anything wrong. They were very understanding and nice. Customer service was great! Will come here again even though the other Burger King is much closer I am never going to the Orem one again.

It’s by no means “fine dining” but my family and I were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this Burger King, the staff were friendly and the food was prepared well and quickly, it wasn’t very busy, but give Burger King a shot if you haven’t recently.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to! I waited in line for 15 minutes when there was 2 cars in front of me. Very understaffed every time I have been there! I had a mobile order and I already paid for it and when I got there they said their frozen machines were broken and were like so is it OK if we just don’t give you those items? They didn’t even offer replace it with anything. So I ate $4-5! What the heck?! That’s stealing. Then they asked what the other items were on our order. I guess maybe it wasn’t on the screen? We ordered 2 whoppers and one was literally a bun with ketchup and a patty on it which I don’t even think is on the menu and it looked so trashy (I would never serve that to anyone), the other one had jalapeños on it? I felt like I wasted my money and didn’t get pretty much anything I paid for! Terrible service! I used to like Burger King until I went to this one and I don’t know if I can go to Burger King anymore for a while. I’m deleting the app. I’m going to McDonald’s next time.
