We were just trying to eat and let the kids play. The play area was nasty food and crumbs clearly visible the whole floor was sticky from order counter to play area only 2 other people here and didn’t get our food for 20 minutes. Out or most food items coke machine is down too. Every single table in playroom had some type of food on it. Never again

Best Burger King location I’ve ever been to. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, they literally made my kids’ night by bringing them crowns unsolicited. The food was super good, service was fast, and they have an excellent play area. Next time we’re in Farr West, we will totally be back.

My order was not made correctly and when I came back into the store the entire team was very nice. Carter helped me and made contact with me very friendly as well as the management team. They fixed the issues and I was also surprised at the cleanliness of the building. I give them 5 stars for overall service and professionalism. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

7.20.2023 10 PM went through the drive thru and were overcharged by almost $6. Ordered the two crispy chic sandwiches for $6 but were charged $11.78. We were told to pull forward, and that is when I saw the error on the receipt error when they brought the food, and the employee asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I agreed politely. The we sat for 10 plus minutes, no one came out, and two other vehicles came and left. By the time a third vehicle pulled in behind, we decided to leave. They didn’t give us the sauces we asked for, and $4+ Oreo shake we had ordered looked like it had a major shirk compared to our last visit. Not what I ever expected for a late night visit to a drive thru. Worst experience ever!

Don’t bother! There were exactly zero people when we pulled in. Had to place our order on a screen. Burger bun was hard and burger was cold. Fries were ok. I’m sure there are better places in town.

The mayo is the best part of the whopper and you forgot it on 2 of um. Woulda told you but i was on the freeway already. Seems like its hard to get employee help here. Short staffed quite a bit. The employee are always awesome though which is always surprising seeming how they are short staffed and gotta be stressed out a bit. They seem to make the best of it.

Went to Burger King on my lunch break. Tried to go through the drive up in the second lane, said I needed a second to order. Then I said I was ready and the lady said that she needed a minute. We waited and waited and waited while the other lane had car after car helped and no matter how many times I said I was ready no one helped us but the other lane got their food. Very disorganized staff

Cannot believe the lack of service received on Friday 6/09/23 – evening. My daughter lost her bag. Last known place was this Burger King. She called and asked them to check in the exact location where she left it. It wan’t 2 minutes when they came back to tell her that it wasn’t there. She is now panicking because it had all her stuff in it. Just for the sake of personal comfort, she decided to look for herself and low and behold, it was right where she told the employee to look. Wasn’t there when they looked but considering the time they took to get back to the phone, they most likely didn’t move a muscle towards where she asked them to look. Not a comforting thought that if they aren’t concerned about doing a small act of service, how much do they care for the service expected at Burger King. Just a thought.
