Went last night before the lobby was closed and all the doors to the lobby were locked. Their excuse was because they were mopping. They didn’t bother to put any wet floor signs out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. Taco bell is way more hospitable than this store. If I could put 0 stars for this excuse of an fast food establishment, I would.

This location is instructed to NOT give sauces NOT give napkins NOT give receipts unless explicitly asked, but since you order with a kiosk you must ask after your order is placed on the counter as ready…. And if you want to leave feedback? You’ll need a receipt, which they try not to give you. I’ve come in often enough to see it’s on purpose. Because yeah, I ordered hashbrown bites but don’t want any dipping sauce? Way to go, chain store with no nearby competitors…. Skip this one and go an extra block. Not to mention that “cheese” has always been a BK up-sell. Have it your way! *at an extra cost

I was overcharged three dollars. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and a 4 piece cheesy tater tots. It came to almost $10.00. not only that, but they forgot my cheesy tater tots and I had to wait for them to go get them. When I got them, they were extremely dried out inside. Cheeseburger was missing pickles and ketchup. Didn’t notice until after I drove away that I had been overcharged.

This is usually the best for a fry fly by. They were hot but not seasoned this time. I was on my way back home on a Friday afternoon with a sick one at home and couldn’t be bothered with cooking. Family meal coupon with 2 whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers with 3 medium fries for under $20 was just what the Doctor ordered. The fries can be moistened, seasoned and popped in the air fryer to reheat for a quick fry fix. No harm, no foul.

The last few times I’ve gone here, they’ve gotten my order wrong. I always do drive thru and by the time I get to my destination I look in the bag my order is wrong. And they never give me a receipt. No wonder.
