Sheridian and Kim absolutely made my visit exceptional. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. My order was handled perfectly, the service was fast, and their positive attitudes made the whole experience better than expected. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, which is honestly rare these days. Burger King is lucky to have employees like Sheridian and Kim — they deserve recognition for their outstanding service!

I would give zero if I could. No bacon, no tea, to Hershey pie. No possible refund other than the app (order was made online not the app). And on top of it all the have a Dr Pepper that was completely covered it soda which spilled off the lid all over my lap & car. Just give me my money back next time 🙁

Samantha the manager and her crew are decent people. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, I received 3 chicken wraps. I went back to get the correct order. I returned and the fellow at the window informed the rest to fix the issue. I was not mad. Just hungry, the manager and the crew were prudent and customer centered. They handled the situation and alleviated my concerns. Top notch from me.

I ordered a whopper combo meal. My whopper was dripping of mustard. Couldn’t taste anything but mustard. I tried calling to let them know they are putting to much mustard on the whopper. No one answers the phone so here I am leaving a review. Please someone retrain the people making the food. Mustard is only a single swirl, and not the bottle.

Literally the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I stopped today to get a quick snack for my son, and I just handed him the whole bag when I got it.. I get home and see he hadn’t touched the food, then I check out the food and of course he didn’t!!! I wouldn’t eat something that looked like this either!! Plus they are hard as a rock!!! What a joke! I wish I could leave 0 stars- DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!

This location is lazy. I came through the drive thru one day. And the teenage boy working the window told me they were out of meat. That the manager had to go to the freezer and bring them more meat ….. it dawned on me that that was a lie.
Just tonight we came through and were informed that their fountain were down but they had shakes . We asked if we were going to be upcharged for the shakes, they replied yes they would. I’m sorry but if your beverages are down you shouldn’t up charge for the only other option.

Lazy, slow and can’t get an order right to save there lives. Ive been there two time and was absolutely disgusted to pay 30 bucks to feed two people both time and are crappy microwaved tasting food. Old stale fries everything cold. They said both times there shake machine is down. Brand new location with a broken shake machine. And to top it all off instead of a shake machine I got my boy a Sunday pie. But was even in the bag. Fire all the lazy people and run a actual burger king.

Super chill burger king. Our food took literally less than 20 seconds for them to get out to us. We ate inside, and when I asked for a to-go bag on my way out, I got a paper bag WITH HANDLES. High quality service.

I ordered 2 whopper meals and a double croissant sausage sandwich, I drove from Burger king to the bridge by I 15 (less than 5 minute drive) food was beyond cold!! I open the food and got a nasty spicy chicken instead of a croissant! Like how?! Called to get the order fixed and manager refused because “they were no longer serving breakfast”. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back to this location. Any other manager would have fixed this!! (And yes I was charged for the croissant, not a spicy chicken)

There is no one in the lobby, I’m talking about costumers and! no cars at the drive. but still managed to take more 15 minutes to give me simple cheeseburger and onion rings.does it it matter there is 8 to 10 employees inside..where the management at? That’s my number one question!!!!!
