Watched door dash driver take photo of his car while calling food delivered. Dispute with door dash, and burger king. Will have credit card dispute charges as well. Do not order here.
On a more personal note to the driver. From your point of view, all you did was take someone’s dinner. Really, though you have created a bad atmosphere for the very restaurant you work for. How long did you expect to have this delivery job, in this economy?? How long will there be a restaurant to deliver for? Was my dinner worth your pay and the tip I paid?? How much income will YOU lose in the long run??

I have tried to come in the dining room at 8:00 p.m. last couple weeks and keep getting turned down, I work right around the corner and at this time I am unable to use a car. Dining room states will be open till 10:00 pm, huge inconvenience for people who are unable to use a car at this moment due to the economy. Short staffing or not closing at 8 pm is crazy to me And that’s with me leaving early for my lunch from my job I’ve legitimately tried to show up 2 hours early as of right now and I got turned away at 8:00 p.m and they weren’t busy infact most here out back smoking/talking, I had to walk that way into the office seen there was 4 people out there only to be told the lobby was closed

The place IS nice, but their drinks are kind of okay like their Coke was flat so was their diet Dr. Pepper cherry vanilla, so I go for was a diet, Dr. Pepper and I bought me a original Chicken Sandwich and the food was cold as hell so I’m gonna write 1 star on this review

Ordered meals that came with Sundays and wasn’t told about it until I got home and called. Then when I asked for a refund for the Sundays we were told thye can’t do anything because we ordered through the app. They didn’t even do the customizations that were requested due to allergies. Will not be coming back to this location

Over priced food that is blah their breakfast croissant is very good, don’t bother with the biscuits they are not good hard crumbly tasteless.
Update 12/16/23 new crew, better food, the restaurant is not very clean, but that may change with the new crew, we will see.

Not only was my order wrong but the employee who helped me in the drive thru and inside was completely disrespectful. She yelled at me in front of my kids and tried to fight me. Her manager held her back. I had asked to speak to the manager and I was left there waiting for quite a while so I left. The worst service I’ve ever had. Why work in customer service if you don’t have customer service? She said I don’t get paid enough for this job. Then don’t work there??

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Didn’t see a single glove being used, they skimped on everything and the meat was disgusting. Dry, overcooked, overall horrible.
