Our fries were cold, we asked for one burger with no mustard or pickles that had mustard and pickles.
None of our burgers had onion rings or onions that were suppose to have on them. Our rodeo burgers and steakhouse burgers were a huge disappointment as u can see in the photos. Normally I don’t post bad reviews and understand that mistakes happen, but this location I have had these types of issues many times. Who is training these people? What are the standards you should hold your stores accountable to represent your business? Is this false advertisement?

Absolutely disgusted with this location. I had purchased a meal a short while back and while eating I had begun to choke on a sticker inside my food that I managed to spit out. I called the store several times to get no response. I then complained on the app to be told the regional manager Devon C. Was the one I needed to speak to about my issue. It took them over a week to even contact me. When I did get in contact with the regional manager, I received a single email saying they want to make it right I emailed them back saying I would appreciate some sort of fix and I never heard back from them again I am absolutely appalled. By the way this store is ran and the employees. On multiple occasions, I have had issues finding hair or other objects in my food not to mention the employees at times touch their face or hair while preparing the food. Absolutely disgusting this place should be closed down!!!!!

I went through the drive-thru expecting it to be quick, but I ended up waiting about 30 minutes just to get my order taken. I understand that things happen, but 30 minutes is outrageous. I was charged $10 for a burger and fries, which is already expensive. When I pulled up to the window, I at least expected an apology for the long wait, but the employee didn’t even greet me. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and tasted old, like they’d been sitting there the whole time I was waiting. It just felt careless. Do not come here unless you want to be disappointed.

If I could give it a zero I would. I went today and usually it’s pretty good and easy going but….. today I ordered a large jalapeño popper at drive through. Paid for my order and they asked me to pull around cause it would be a few minutes while they cooked. I pulled around and 25 minutes later went inside because no one had come out with my food. When I went in the staff was screaming at eachother and everyone was literally running around. It took another 5 minutes for someone to ask what I needed. The guy who took my payment at the window didn’t even remember me coming through the drive through and for a second time tried to give me a wrong order. When he finally grabbed the jalapeño poppers he said I’m sorry I remeber you now, however I dont have eight jalapeño poppers to fulfill your order. Is that okay? I ended up just taking it and leaving. Then went to take a bite and it was FROZEN. I was late back to work and am beyond mad
Update: I called in later that day to speak with A manager. She was nice, however she just kept offering to remake the food the way that “I wanted it.” The way I wanted my food was cooked. Not frozen?!? Didn’t offer anything else and didn’t seem to care about my experience.

Well here we are again unfortunately!! I don’t know why you guys have a problem getting any of your orders right as if you can’t read but this location is slow and the service trash!!! I have lived in Kearns basically my entire life because my grandparents own a house not to far from here, I even worked here when I was in high school. This place has always sucked it literally has never stopped. It has always been a problem, if you are in a rush and you expect mediocre service and you’re okay with not getting what you ordered sure come here, otherwise don’t bother!! Doordash said they would only refund me 4.79!! I am allergic to pickles so I can’t eat the burger. It has to be thrown away. Didn’t get any of the barbecue sauce, not even what I paid extra for and My regular chicken fries ended up being spicy Which we’re supposed to be for my daughter, but she is three years old she doesn’t want to eat spicy shit So basically the whole order got thrown out except for the fries!!!!!!!!!! I paid almost 30$ for all this food I didn’t eat!!!!! Don’t come here!!!!

They are 24 hours now. But they don’t work at night. I was just in the drive thru for 35 minutes for an app order. They only take a couple orders at a time and wait at least 5 minutes so that it looks like people are not waiting as long, and people who can just drive away. The ones who are stuck, just have to give up at least half an hour for something that shouldn’t take half that. The service SUCKS!!

RUN AWAY!
I went here for lunch to get the new Krabby Patty Whopper and I have never seen such a complete disregard for sanitation and public behavior.
Issue 1: The girl (long black hair and white nails) at the station that puts the food in the bag kept yelling at everyone for touching stuff they apparently weren’t supposed to be touching.
Issue 2: Apparently the stuff listed on the self help kiosk can’t be removed so I had to change what I ordered. Which is not their fault, that is on whoever services those. But it was annoying.
Issue 3: The girl (Alissa I think her name was, she had a red shirt, red and brown hair and was back and forth in Drive Thru and Fries) gave A DOG a cookie biscuit thing where the dog definitely put the whole thing and her fingers in its mouth and she immediately went and put fries in bags for customers. She didn’t wash her hands or ANYTHING. Just went from dog drool to food. With it being such a lucky day, she bagged my fries. I honestly threw my food away. After watching that, I didn’t trust that my food was safe. I also overheard the dog owner talking that he comes into that location “all the time” and they give his dog treats every time because he is a good boy. I should also note. This was not a service animal. This man had his dog jumping through his arms as a trick multiple times. He even let a different customer hold his arms in a circle and let the dog jump threw it. He also let go of it’s leash multiple times. The dog overall was well behaved but dogs do not belong in food establishments unless they are working!
Issue 4: It took them 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered at 1:42:34pm based on my receipt and got my food at 2:01pm. Which it takes a while fine but the staff moved like their feet were stuck in mud.
I am horrified at what I saw today and honestly this place should be inspected, audited, or something. I will never go back to this location. If you are thinking about it, make the extra drive and go to either a different location or a different place altogether. I have uploaded my receipt in case someone sees this and can pull camera footage.

Not sure what happened but this has become one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve been too. I usually don’t eat Burger King but I 100% will support this one. Kids are very professional and helpful.food actually looks like the food on the menu!

I was surprised how busy it was at 2 PM. Employees were hustling! No one was dilly-dallying. My original chicken sandwich was perfect, though! Kudos to team for how smoothly they handled that rush.
