Staff totally ignored me – ordered a combo and they didn’t even give me the drink, just turned and walked off. Had to ask for it myself. The other customers were awful too. I ordered online and was waiting in the pickup area, and this old white guy kept asking me “are you done ordering?” with this look like I was in his way. What is this, a racism specialty store or something?

Was able to get right in and get a quick bite to eat. Order taker has a hard time understanding English but she did get my order correct. No atmosphere but the drive through was quick. Not a fan of their fries, but the whopper makes up for it.

Love BK. Tried the new Ch’King. Ordered one Spicy the other Deluxe. I ate the deluxe. It was good but the tomatoes were half green still and the chicken was over cooked. Instead of crunchy and juicy it was Hard crunchy and super dry. Yet it tasted good. Spicy one looked like it was cook correct. Employees were friendly and order was correct. Just a little extra care to up the star rating.

Ok, I live BK but haven’t had breakfast from Bk in awhile. Got some French toast slices for my daughter and they were so hard to chew that they ended up in the trash. It looks like these were from two days ago were warmed in the oven and served. Please make sure your items are still good before serving to your customers.

2 stars as Burger Kings flame broiled burgers still taste like they did in the 90s. Lots of nostalgia just from their burger taste alone.
Would be zero stars for this location though. Out of 2 orders, 2 had issues. First they didn’t have the spicy chicken fries when I ordered them. Asked for a refund but because I placed the order on the app they couldn’t. Then on a separate order they gave me buffalo sauce when I asked for marinara sauce for their mozzarella fries. Order placed in the app too. So it’s clearly selected as marinara condiment. When I contacted support they were only willing to offer a coupon for another purchase that can’t be used with any other specials or deals. So I deleted the app and requested a deletion of my data and account. Places wonder why they keep loosing customers… Well $3 in a refund was too much to ask I guess. A coupon that can’t be used with other deals is useless to me as deals are the reason why I choose the places I do. So Burger King lost my business indefinitely. I recommend going to the Wendy’s that’s literally across the street. Never had them forget something in my order.
