it has been so long since I’ve gone to Burger King because of all the memes and all the bad reviews and all the bad rep it’s been having in the past couple years so I’ve gone there for the first time in like a year or two and the customer service was perfect guy at the window taking orders was so nice and didnt miss a thing. The food is so tasty and i actually prefer this place over mcdonalds taco bell ect. whoever the cook was good on you whoever was at the front window amazing job. The people working from 2 pm – 4 pm keep it up, you guys deserve a pat on the back for your amazing work. I will be coming back.

amazing atmosphere! the whole night crew and manager are so friendly and considerate. I went to BK and am so happy my experience was worth it. All the food was fresh, its clean and maintained, and they really do know how to work during a rush!

BK is one of my teen’s faves bc of their shakes. This location has not had shakes available bc of “broken machines” (right, like that’s believable) for MONTHS. And I’m talking a consistent basis, trying to order one at least twice a month. Quickly becoming no reason to eat their average food if there’s no shake option for us.

I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered three meals, spending almost $40 and it was absolutely disgusting. The fries were covered in black specs like they’d been cooked in old, dirty grease. The burger was cold and greasy, and the chicken fries were also cold and tasted like they came from the same filthy oil.
To make things worse, I didn’t even get a receipt, so I basically paid $40 for food that went straight into the trash. Totally unacceptable. If this is how they’re serving customers, they clearly don’t care about quality or cleanliness.

This location needs to be trained on coffee orders. For months every time I order a plain black iced coffee, I will either get a hot black coffee, or an iced mocha, or vanilla. I do not understand what is so difficult as it seems pretty simple. If it is truly impossible to order a plain black iced coffee, why is it a menu option??

This is a great Burger King location. The dining area and the bathrooms were very clean during my last visit. The manager was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and tasted great. I recommend this location if you are in the West area of Roy.

I have never recieved a correct order from this location. Missing items, food made wrong. Stale fries or soggy chicken nuggets. Apparently it’s too difficult to read what a customer actually ordered in the first place. This location doesn’t take pride in quality or ensuring your food is made the way you ordered, and paid extra for. I’ve never experienced this problem at any other burger king, only this particular burger king.

This place needs help. The tatted manager was cool, she needs a better job for sure she prolly handles way to much. But this place was nasty, the bathrooms was nasty, the tables were nasty, and the employees Don’t care. Walked in and waited and waited while five people continued working and didn’t even acknowledge us. Finally a kid walks to the cash register. And some guy cuts in line in front of all of us, and when I said hey wait a minute we’re all here waiting the employee says “well he’s with doordash”.
