Picked up a SMALL combo. Paid $11 and change for a Whopper, small fry and small drink at drive through. Food as would be expected, but I got a thimble of Coca-Cola with my cup full of ice! See the photo.

Wow, I now know why over 500 burger kings have closed nationwide…to say the meal was bad or unsatisfactory, would be kind…it was terrible…2 burger junior meals, no drink ordered…it was dry, tasteless, not flame broiled, terrible would be decent statement.

I came for a pickup order at 11:20, on website said that drive thru is working until 12 at midnight. When I came I just knocked on the window, because I alredy paid for that. Sales girl just waved and turned her head. Didnt want to even listen to me.

My kid had not eaten all day and needed something quick Monday evening., Went through the drive thu to get a whopper meal. They said, sorry the soda machines are down…okay we just want a whopper then. She ate it, I got nothing. She woke up the next morning retching and had to miss school….most likely the whopper was the cause.

Came in ordered the usual 2 for 6 deal and 2 chicken 8 piece nuggets. The cashier lady, didn’t give me my receipt so I had to ask for it. Once I get my receipt I see that she charged me for 2 whoppers instead of the 2 for 6, making my total $18.66. I asked if this could be fixed and reduced to the correct price or I’d just take my money back. She then gets an attitude and tries refunding me only $14, I paid with a $20. I tell her that isn’t the correct refund amount, and she starts throwing a tantrum. I didn’t accept the $14 because obviously that’s wrong, and she starts asking me to give her even more money, and accused me of stealing; repeating there’s a camera, you’re lying, you’re on camera. This goes on for almost 10 minutes of being falsely accused and berated by this lady, when I did nothing in the wrong. Finally, the other girl comes over, tells me sorry, asks for the $1.34 in change back, from my $18.66 over charged order, and gives me my 20 I paid with back. So not only did my family not get to eat, I would have been scammed out of my money, and I’m treated like a criminal, when you have a cashier, who can’t do elementary math.
