Waited inline for almost 15 minutes after ordering out food. The guy at the first window wouldn’t greet us or even look at us. We finally pulled up to the second window and were lectured about waiting at the first window until he took our payment. He handed us our drinks. We specifically asked for diet. He handed us the drinks and told us they were regular. I questioned him and he quickly back tracked and said uh yeah I mean they’re diet. I’m not convinced. Also I asked for Dr Pepper and I got a coke…… I won’t be coming back.

This was our second visit to this location, and unfortunately both times were disappointing. The first time, the manager took our order while on the phone and ended up getting it wrong. We brushed it off, thinking maybe it was just an off day.
We tried again, different t time of the day.
I placed my order using a coupon, while my daughter waited behind me to place hers. She stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone came back to take her order—by then, my food had already been brought out. Since we were doing takeout, I had to wait until her food was ready, which meant mine sat there getting cold. I even called out to ask if someone could take her order, and although a staff member acknowledged me, no one came out to help. By the time we got home, my burger was stale and the fries were too.
After that, I finally looked at the reviews, and let’s just say I won’t be returning. It’s disappointing because we usually enjoy Burger King.

It took several minutes for someone to take our order and throughout the time waiting for our order, we watched two associates sit on their phones in plain few of the desk. Our orders were cleared and I had to stand at the front waiting for my order until someone came to assist me. Kinda bummed at the service to b be honest

This is the slowest “fast food” I have ever experienced. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive through. They didn’t even acknowledge our presence on the ordering monitor for 5 minutes before telling us to “wait please” when we were trying to get a response. They need to seriously fix their staff problem. It made us miss the start of our movie. Not coming here again.

I’ve gone here probably 6 or 7 times. Wish I could rate it higher but management and staff seem poorly trained. They are not attentive and do not care how quickly an order is put out. Don’t get me wrong, I love Burger King. It’s an absolute go-to restaurant for us but this location lacks the ability to serve it’s customers with their current management and staff. Quite unfortunate.

I tried to stop by for lunch today. I had a coupon that I wanted to use, but the kiosk does not have any way of entering coupons, so I needed to go to the counter in order to finalize my order. I stood there and waited 15 minutes. Within that time two employees walked up to the counter made eye contact then immediately
walked away. Neither one of them greeted me nor asked if I needed any help. Very poor service. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

Ordered online. I ordered 6 chicken nuggets packets and one of them was nothing but chicken fingers. i also asked for more sauce and wasn’t given extra as well as some of the sauces were already open so they were unusable. If you want better service just go to the one by the mall.

Went for lunch, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The sodas were flat, too. Pretty disappointing considering what we paid for our food. I’d much rather wait for fresh food than be served quickly. BK—do better.

If you want people licking their hands and eating fries off the line then handling without gloves the lettuce, tomatoes and onion rings as well as spreading the sauce on the bun, then this place is for you. I took my burger and threw it away. Disgusting!!!
