Went through the drive through and took the person 5 times to take my order. Noticed employees horseplaying in the parking lot. They still messed up our order and overcharged me. When I went back to dispute it, they told me I had to talk to my bank.

I’ve tried going to this location several times and each time I leave disappointed. The last (and final) time I went there, I used the drive thru and they ignored the person in front of me for a very long time until they got upset and left. They did the same thing to us and when we said “hello, are you going to help anyone today?” They responded with “hold on” and never got back with us to take our order. We waited for 12 minutes and decided to drive up to their window and knock. They seemed very annoyed by us even being there and we could see there were several young employees just standing around inside chit chatting with each other.

This place deserves 0 stars. The do not take your order leaving you sitting in the drive through for 10+ minutes with no one in line in front of you. We then decided to go inside and no one would say a word to us they just stayed in the back. This is the second time. The first time the same thing and we knocked on the window after 15 min and were told to just come inside. I had a screaming baby and a very hung child in the car who were very upset. I hope this place goes out of business so we can get a better restaurant out here.

Just got back with my order and I ordered a bacon swiss. However I got a chicken sandwich with no bacon, no swiss cheese. I understand being understaffed and it taking longer to get your order but not not get it correct is just lack attention. If their food was cheap I would eh who cares however paying over $10 for combo I mean c’mon. Also I only work like a 4 minute drive so by the time I got back to work my fries were ice cold. The store was also dirty, the drink station needed some cleaning as well.

I really don’t understand what low IQ people work here? This manager needs to get fired for hiring such incompetent staff. 3 weeks ago I came to this location and I ordered a bacon Whopper with an extra patty. When I got home I noticed I had been charged for two patties and I only got one. Today I made the same order. I asked for a bacon double Whopper with cheese. I get home to enjoy my beloved hamburger and it’s missing the bacon that I paid for. I’m getting so tired of getting ripped off at this location because people can’t do the basics of their job.

Actually just awful all around, we hardly ever go here but on some rare occasions we come here on nights that we are short on time and need a quick dinner as it is less than 5 mins from our house. But every single time, without fail, they get our order wrong and are extremely rude about us asking for the food we ordered and didn’t get. They also hardly ever give us a recipe. They make sure to charge you for everything you add but won’t give you the extra sauces or extras cheese or anything you add or change. They really just don’t even care to listen.

My wife and I went through drive through and ordered (we were the only ones in line) we get up to the window and wait for about five mins and then the guy opens the window says rudely “what did you want? the person that takes orders don’t work here”. What? We then get the food 5 mins later and the food is stale. So I go to the front door and it’s locked at 8:45 pm. This location has a horrible reputation and the franchise owner doesn’t care. I’ll be calling headquarters Monday.
