Sharing feedback about this location in North Salt Lake, Utah, because our experiences there have consistently been disappointing.

The biggest issue we’ve noticed is that the food is almost never fresh. On multiple visits our Whoppers have been missing cheese even though we were charged for it, and the burgers often taste like they’ve been sitting for a while instead of being made fresh. It’s frustrating to pay for items and not receive them as ordered.

Yesterday I happened to see a video of the Burger King CEO talking about eating Burger King for lunch, and it actually encouraged us to give the brand another try. Because of that, we decided to visit this location again today hoping the experience would be better.

Unfortunately, it was not. The fountain drinks were clearly not set up correctly. They had far too much syrup and very little water, and the CO₂ appeared to be out, so the drinks were extremely sweet and completely flat.

When I went up to the counter to politely mention the issue and ask if it could be fixed or if we could possibly get drinks from the drive-through machine inside, the employee who came over seemed annoyed and said there was nothing he could do. A manager then came over, looked at me, nodded her head, and walked away without offering any help or solution.

Honestly, the biggest problem at this location is the customer service. The staff often seem rude, annoyed, and unwilling to help customers. Combined with the food rarely being fresh, it makes this location very difficult to visit.

I hope this feedback reaches someone who can address these issues because we would genuinely like to enjoy Burger King again, but the current experience at this location makes that very difficult.

The people here are super friendly… but that’s all they have going for them. Trust the reviews here, they absolutely will mess up your order. Every time. I’m not exaggerating when I say that aside from myself there were 2 other people from the drive through that were after me that had to come inside and get their order fixed. There were 2 people in front of me that were dine in customers who were also getting their orders fixed. I suppose I’m not the only one who thought the reviews could be wrong. Our food was mediocre at best after having them correct it. It’s hard to be so negative because every employee was so nice and happy. I will not go back to this location. How are they still in business?

Is it me or did the vibes at this location improve lately. A huge thanks to Tyler at the front counter—he was incredibly welcoming, sharp, and handled the rush like a pro.

It’s great to see the new staff working so well together; you can tell they’re focused on speed and getting the orders right. My food was fresh, the lobby was spotless, and the service was top-tier. This is easily the best Burger King in the area right now!

Had a fantastic visit today! I had a bit of trouble with a coupon on my app, but the kind gentleman (Tyler) at the front counter was super patient and helped me figure it out with a smile. The food came out fast and fresh. Five stars for the new management and team.

I come to this Burger King quite a bit. Benjamin Clark you stated something about Paula but she hasn’t been at this location for a couple of months. Since the GM Hugo has taken over their service has really picked up. The kind young man Christian who normally works the driver-thru does an excellent job communicating and the smiling face from Tyler at the front counter could make your worst day, a better one. There are times where service is backed up or orders get mixed up but this is a “fast food” joint and shit happens. I will continue to be a regular customer to this amazing staff.

I ordered a burger and found a cockroach in it. This is absolutely unacceptable and makes me question the hygiene and food safety there. One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely disgusting place. Worker Paula was extremely rude, and it was hard to understand what she was saying. The restrooms are gross, and the floors and tables are dirty and covered in grease. They never have ice in the soda machine. Wait time is 30+ minutes. I would recommend never going to this place.

Went to Burger King in NSL, order came to 19.01. I gave him a $20 and he gave me back 95 cents because apparently Burger King doesnt have the clout to get pennies from bank. Instead of rounding in down a penny and giving me a dollar bill back. He shorted me 4 cents and gave me a handful of change. Onion ri is were soft and half fried. Poor excuse for a Burger King

I ordered 7 different meals for a family. I asked for a couple sauces for the fries. Was told I get only 2 per order. I gave up after trying to explain I ordered multiple meals and wanted multiple sauces. I waited for over 30 minutes for my food. 4 employees just running around apparently not accomplishing anything. Instead of relying on the computer for orders a random guy was deciding who goes next. Don’t try to have it your way, it just confuses the employees.

Every single time I come to this location I get home and get super pissed to find out they mess up my order. On top of that I order cheese stick they were so hard the cheese was burn and hard. on top of that no receipt.
