BL s a place where inconsistency in their food quality is for sure. Sometimes you decide to eat here and the food is good and the. Other times it’s just disgusting. The employees are fairly nice, but some have no idea where they are. 15 minutes just to place an order at the drive through, no one was in front of me, and this time I decided I will not be going back ever again. Ordered a triple whopper, got a messy single whopper. Ordered the Addams Family meal with an extra patty, got a messy single whopper, no Gomez churros.

Paid over 34 dollars for this! Ripoff!!! Tried calling the restaurant back and no answer. Tried 6 TIMES!!!

BURGER KING PHONE NUMBERS ARE SHUT OFF! ALL of them, EXCEPT gift cards. Imagine that. Took pictures of the receipt and burgers we got, not what was ordered.

We were hungry so we ate the whoppers we got, but again not what was ordered.

You seriously can not get a hold of anyone except gift cards! We have given them PLENTY of time to try to fix this, and 3 days later no call, email, or even answering the phone. Want either a refund, or price reduction. It’s all right there in the pictures, and they want $15 an hour. Yeah right!

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!….
.. We just waited in the Drive-Thru for over 5 + minutes, with barely a broken up mumble with some half baked excuse of being “backed up”! They never came back to take our order. My mom yelled into speaker and honked the car multiple times, just to get their attention. Only for a female to come on and say they were backed up in the kitchen. Then we asked a question about the new SpongeBob Meal, and SHE NEVER SPOKE AGAIN, AND JUST LEFT US SITTING THERE IN SILENCE!! SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO TAKE OUR ORDER!!! So upon pulling around to leave they WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL!!! So, in the beginning when she had us waiting at the order screen. SHE LIED, THEY WERE NOT BUSY and SHE KEPT US WAITING FOR NO REASON!!!
…. We’re heading to another location. Only because my son has been really looking forward to the new SpongeBob Meal……
I hope everyone has a much better experience than we did!!!…..

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes got told to hold on a minute. Car pulled up in the drive thru lane next to me and they immediately too their order and the car behind that ones order. Waited another 5 minutes and got told to wait a minute again. This is not the first time this has happened. Not going to be coming back again and shocked the location is still even open with the quality of service that is constant

So this is one of my favorite B.K.’s in my area. I just want to say they always prepared the food very very well and quickly! And this time my jalapeno poppers here were excellent! There was no mozzarella sticks at the moment but they exchanged it for the jalapeno peppers. Need to update, so my order was wrong. I ordered the “Royal Bacon Chicken Swiss Sandwich” but instead i got a lite burnt, with American cheese chicken sandwich. And I had placed this mobile order with a $10 customer support credit from B.K from a recent bad order. And again, only this time different location. Geez…

Ordered a whopper meal with a lemonade. They gave me a sprite (with no straw) and a whopper that was completely burnt. The entire outside of the patty was black and it was extremely over cooked.

This is the second time this location has screwd up and order / served terrible food. Not to mention you have to repeat yourself multiple times at the drive through for them to understand what your ordering.

Came in and saw the employees talking amongst themselves while a order was waiting to be bagged 10-15 minutes prior. Showed up again and they didnt start bagging the order that was ready until i showed up. Slow service and unprofessional. Also had to remind them to seal the bag for the customer.

Food was great staff was really nice, table service was great and friendly, also asked about sauces and napkins during table service so 5/5 store was clean 5/5 manager was nice and on task 5/5 bathrooms 3/5 dining room 4/5 dining room wasn’t that dirty they were cleaning as we sat down so that’s a plus but the tables seem to be a bit small I’m a bigger guy so can’t fault to much but plus size people beware!!!!!

This location continues to be an absolute disappointment when it comes to customer service. The speaker system for drive through has been broken for almost a full year now. Customers get ignored for up to 20 minutes at a time before someone gets to the intercom. It won’t be much longer before this location closes too. Bye bk, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
