Awesome indoor playground. Perfect during the winter months. Food tasted good. Don’t have any complaints except the parking lot need to be fixed. Kid meal was $3.99 so great value.

I arrived very hungry and took my son to the playground. This review isn’t to criticize, it’s to ask for improvements. The place was disgusting. They didn’t have napkins, everything was unfilled, the soda machine was filthy and full of soda, they didn’t have any vegetables, and they were slow to take our order. They need a better manager who can help them have a cleaner and more organized place.

We went here on a Friday evening. The food was good and the employees were nice but the place was very understaffed. Lots of people waiting at the counter in the store to order or pickup their food. You could see the drive through line was very backed up. I didn’t even bother going to the counter to ask for ketchup, I would have been standing there forever, ate my fries without ketchup . No fault to the employees, they were doing all they could to keep up with everything… Understaffed.

Has a good playground for kids and is always clean. Food is great! The only thing is they are always incredibly slow. Idk if they are just understaffed all the time but I never see many workers there.
Also they seriously need to fix their parking lot! There are so many pot holes.

So first mistake was walking into here, second mistake was staying there, asnAlmost a divine warning When we walked in , we could smell the oil grease and see this slop it was pretty thick in the air. So we got the croissant sandwich and the chicken sandwich. As we were unpacking our sandwiches, we noticed something peculiar , both are sandwiches were one not just baked , but also boiled , they were wet and soggy. I felt likenA war refugee rummaging through a blown up building , trying to find any scrap of food as I tried to not waste my meal and finish my croissant sandwich. To my dismay, I finished the sandwich and to my pain, my stomach felt it.My insides and innards have been changed.My soul has been damaged and tainted by whatever foul creation was consumed. Out of a desperate plea to try to get my money’s worth.I tried to finish my friends Chicken Sandwich because he could not finish it for one.Because it fell apart the moment he grabbed it. As I took but only three bites of it , I don’t just one , the first bite I consumed was pure water in that sandwich bun in a creation , only the devil himself could create. The second bite I noticed that the chicken was cold and soggy.I couldn’t even take a full bite because it fell apart. The third bite in the middle of the sandwich.Because it fell apart to which I was able to only eat the middle cause.The only thing holding together and I understand why I was together because it was a freaking blockade of frozen chicken. Out of either my bodies cry to survive through my instincts to live or an act of God i immediately grabbed the rest and threw it into the trash. I left restaurant half a man and carrying a demon in my stomach. BeWare of the breakfast here for satan is the chef.

The workers of this place were not wearing gloves, the ice and soda machine was down and and they were not telling anyone before they ordered their food and drink. I saw multiple employees not wearing gloves touching food, putting food in bags, touching their headphones their hair their clothes the counter the cups and then the food again. Grabbing cups from the inside with still no gloves. I’m not sure who runs this place but the health department or city needs to come down and witness what I did the the span of 5 minutes. I would not eat here

Wow. I will never go here again. I’m so disappointed. First off, there are really deep potholes in the parking lot that I had to dodge so I wouldn’t break my car. I don’t know if that is the fault of the business or not, but it was sketchy to drive around. I came for breakfast and was really looking forward to getting a sausage croissant as I’ve really enjoyed them in the past. They were out of orange juice which was incredibly disappointing, so I just got a water, but was still charged full price for the combo. But the kicker was once I opened the bag of food. There was grease everywhere, and my “hash browns” are a soggy, crumbly mess. They were mutilated. They’re inedible. And my sandwich looks and tastes like it was freezer burnt then thrown in a microwave and overcooked on one side. I’ve never had such a poor experience at a fast food place ever in my life.

Don’t come to this BurgerKing. I ordered jalapeño bites and they gave me the most disgusting, dessicated, inedible, looked like they’ve been on the floor for a week food. I ordered and was charged for 2 pies but then they said they didn’t have any. That was fine and they asked for my card so they could refund me. I checked the receipt after and they had only refunded me for one. I asked for them to refund the other, which they did; but acted like I was inconveniencing them. No “sorry about that.” Just took my card, gave it back and wouldn’t talk or look at me. I get it was a bit late (8:30pm) but if you’re not going to serve people, just close when you stop caring so people don’t have to deal with your toxic food and bad attitude.

Very bad experience at this Burger King. The air conditioning was on snowing outside, and when I asked if they could turn on the heater, they said it was broken and couldn’t be turned on so we have to go with are kids The restaurant was very cold inside, especially for the kids. We wanted to use the restroom, but we couldn’t. The men’s restroom was out of order. They also didn’t have fry sauce. Horrible experience.

Both our Whoppers were very dry. Barely any sauce not very cheesy and very large chunks of lettuce. Plus our onion rings tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. Definitely not fresh. Not sure if will come back here again.
