Waiting almost 30 minutes in line at cda Burger King with 1 car in front of me getting a small order as well. Put extra things on burger that shouldn’t have been on there, fries had to have been sitting for an hour+ before being served. What once was my favorite place, has turned into a joke.

I’m so conflicted about this BK! It’s my preferred kid friendly burger place and it’s close to home. The kids meals are only $4! My 6yo even picks it over McDonald’s. I also appreciate that I can ask “Hot off the Broiler” and it’s still hot when I get home to eat it. However it NEVER fails that they get something wrong. Tonight I ordered on the app. Chose a toy for the happy meals. It even said it on the receipt…they gave them a cookie instead which we discovered once home. This is the second time they’ve gotten that part wrong. I’ve had food wrong. Items missing. I had one employee argue with me that the treat option (toy/cookie) in a kids meal is only the apple sauce, which is actually an option instead of fries. What they do get right, is good. But the inconsistency is frustrating!

I have had really bad experiences at Burger King for many years now. I have been to several where the workers were abrupt and borderline rude, and I always wonder why fast food restaurants don’t take a page from Chick Fil A’s book on customer service. But we went to the Ramsey Burger King tonight, and all the workers were incredibly personable and friendly. The food was also really good! Those Crispy Onion Whoppers are yummy! Thanks for the great service!

Came in late night, was a clean store & was being cleaned even more as we walked in, employees behind the register knew what specific condiments on specific menu items were, & politely related to me when I ordered a burger without mustard that that burger already didn’t come with mustard, which amplifies two very obvious points for me; the first being, she was in a way reassuring me that my order was already going to be made correctly AND to my liking, based solely on the base condiments of the item; the second being, without even breaking stride, she knew what she was talking about in relation to the products of her employer and her own job. Lady was very helpful, a younger woman maybe late teens or early twenties but didn’t seem like she just hates her life and her job, which as we all know, occurs more often than not, so this was a little breath of fresh air & honestly just made the flow of the night feel like it should be. Sure, it’s fast food & sure, this is a crazy long post about a burger & mustard, but I have time on my hands & this is exactly what Google Reviews is meant for anyways: to award praise to hard workers and nice people who make all your little daily tasks of, “just grabbing a burger” or a sandwich” or whatever it is go as smoothly as possible for you & to help make you feel welcome when you walk in. No one likes entering a place & you just feel stared at like they can’t wait until you leave. That sucks. And if you don’t agree you probably suck as a human being. Facts

Only negative comment was about the drinks. I couldn’t find any iced tea, and there were no players to add to the sodas like cherry to coke or vanilla to root beer. Staff and food were both very good.

The food was good. The cashier seemed new because she was having issues with the register. That was fine, everyone needs to learn but the wait was long and the manager, she was very mean. She was not nice to the employees bagging the orders. I’m sorry but you funny speak to employees like that in front of customers (I already made that order, where did it go). She just kept it up. The food is not there or they would hand it out, get over it. I was a food manager for over 7 years and that was very unacceptable to keep complaining. It happened 8/31 around 10am.

I am not one to leave bad reviews as I would much rather talk and give people the opportunity to fix and make things better. But I have tried to call and there is no answer so unfortunately, it has to go this way.
I got all the way home, an hour drive, to find only half of my burger was on the grill. I’m not really sure how you can even put it in the bun without seeing that it was not even cooked. I’m hoping no one else this issue tonight.

used to like this place. but customer service is horrible, managers are super rude to customers and staff. not understanding or patient. i get being a manager or being in retail is hard or even customer service but patience is key and understanding and acting like a human being and a kind one at that is great but what i keep seeing at this place is not even close to niceness or kindness. just over all not good vibes.

Not sure how its even possible but my wife ordered family meals for our family of 5. She was handed 3 bags of food and when she got home they had literally missed 3 medium fries and 2 kids fries. 5 whole items paid for online and not provided. Really disappointed.
