Well I remember playing at the play house when I was a kid, but as an adult this place has good service, never really usually has much of a line at the drive-thru, doesn’t take too long to get your food, pretty quality food and nice staff, thanks BK, You Rule Too !

Tbh I come here a lot. I like the food. But when I came in tonight the guy who took my payment didn’t say anything word to me. Which is fine. But to then sit there waiting for someone at the next window to get there food and watching this same employee pop there zits. Pick skin off there lips and put there fingers in the mouth while waiting to love up in the line was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable

The food was exactly what I expected from Burger King. With the one exception being the fries were different since the last time I’ve been. But I haven’t been in at least a couple years. Perfectly fine. The customer service however was great. $11 for a spicy chicken burger and fries plus drink. Not bad.

Absolutely horrible service. I didn’t get any names, but the girl taking orders was horrible. She was speeding me thru my order saying and saying “what else”? (When all I did was order two meals.) the girl taking the payments was super sweet. Come to find out, the girl who was taking my orders was standing there, not helping anyone with anything, in the WIDE open, on her phone. She then brought my order out to me, and just handed it to me, no greeting or anything. Low and behold, with said phone still in hand. Horrible customer service.

I asked for mozzarella but gave me fries instead. And I asked for the blue razz to be in the meal bit still gave me a soda cup. Workers really don’t listen to hat customers wants.

Clean and well maintained. the service was prompt and the food was delivered quickly. Meets the BK quality of food. This place has a indoor playground making it popular with kids on a cold day. Overall, decent place. I saw a person regularly clean the tables which was a huge plus in my books.

Ordered food for my family.
Took a long time to receive my drive through order thought maybe I was getting fresh fries.
When I received my order I couldn’t believe I got old cold fries
My burger was also wrong. No mayo but received mayo and no ketchup
Called and no answer for anyone to fix my order.
Disappointed that customer service is extremly lacking
