Thoroughly disgusted by these people who work here! Nampa is home to many chain restruants however this one is DOOMED in my eyes. Food negative stars, fries overly salted and stale, burgers horribly made and were unappetizing, missing a whole large fry, the bag was greasy spilling out of the sides, and the soda was flat. Honestly the worst experience Nampa has to offer is this place. Burger King? I’d say Burger Don’t and never again at this place!!!!

I absolutely love the food here. It is real food. Compared to McDonald’s it’s 100% better. I got some fries and a chicken sandwich from here today and the fries are so crispy and fresh I love it. And the chicken sandwich is a 10 out of 10.

Diana at the Burger King on 2nd Street in Nampa truly made our visit a great one. She got our order to us quickly and accurately, which is always appreciated, but what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful she was toward our young child. She took the extra time to be warm and patient, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Because of Diana’s consistently excellent service, this location has become the only Burger King worth going to for our family.

The assistant manager, Juan, took our order for us. I’m not a super picky eater, but I did request a different sauce. This man not only offered different options, he went back to make sure the kitchen knew what I was requesting. He never once made it seem like it was a big deal, and he was kindness in itself.
Overall, he displayed a level of friendliness that we just don’t often enough get to experience.

The food was great! Burger was good and fries were hot! But does anyone in the location have a personality? The lady that took my order had no personality, no smile, not welcoming AT ALL.. I ate in store and was watching and no staff smiled. Not 1 person.

Went through the drive through to get our food, didn’t get a thank you but we moved and not worried about it. Upon getting home to eat. Found out we were missing some food. So we try to call the location and no one answered, it said they were unavailable and I worked in retail for a bit so I know. Their phones must have been down because no way there were busy cause it’s like a 5 min drive home. So I go to the app and to try and use it but, I needed a receipt. They didn’t put one in the bag at all so I can’t even get my order fixed. Service was terrible and I hope they fix this soon.

Food was gross the fries had this bad after taste. (Friend advised dirty oil that didn’t get changed) I only ate 3 fries tossed rest. Whopper not like it used to be and definitely not worth the price. Terrible service staff busy chatting in drive thru area failed to recognize someone was waiting for service had to call out.

May I say that I appreciate how this place still has self serve soda (unlike the other McClown chain that is doing away with self serve, and feels like a dystopian bank/office.)

I come here often after working the late shift and I really appreciate this BKs night crew. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. Everyones tired by 11pm, I dont care who u are! But these guys still deliver with a smile, so THANK YOU NIGHT CREW! U guys are great!
