The last several visits all of the mozzarella fries have been overcooked, therefore exploded so there’s no cheese inside, and normally I don’t complain, but this time they didnt tell me they were out of marinara until I paid, which I would have just not gotten them if I knew that. Then I opened them and they are once again all exploded and not worth eating. This was also the only item of the order that was for me, and its usually always messed up.

Absolutely perfect experience! I’ve been eating at Burger King locations all across the country since 1985, so I definitely know what to expect — and this team is truly doing it right.
The fries were cooked exactly how they should be: hot, crispy, and salted just right ✨. The burger was spot on too — fresh, flavorful, and put together perfectly. You can tell when a crew takes pride in what they’re serving, and it really shows here.
On top of that, the service was friendly and efficient. Everyone was welcoming, quick, and professional, which made the whole visit even better . It’s always great to see consistency and quality, especially after so many years of visiting different locations. Keep up the fantastic work — this is how it’s done!

Very nice place to drop by and eat after hard days work, multiple spots to sit at and a lot of fancy BK themed decor.
Very nice customer service even during late night hours when things slow down a bit.

Pulled in on Sunday and a tatted up guy was working the window. He made sure to process my card in front of me, making sure I knew there was no point where he could have snapped a photo of my card. Guy made sure my order was correct too. More people like this, PLEASE!

I ordered through the app and when I got to the drive thru and checked in and pulled up to the window the manager handed me food that was made over an hour ago. The drinks were watered down, burgers lukewarm, and the fries were cold to the touch with no heat. When I went inside to tell the manager (Vanessa I think was her name) and show her my fries, she grabbed the fries and said, “wow those are cold” and proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do about it. No remade food, no refund, not even an apology. Craziest fast food experience I’ve ever had.

Perfect. I’ve been eating at Burger Kings all across the country since 1985. These folks are doing things right. The fries were cooked and salted properly, the burger was perfect, and the service very friendly and efficient.

Great customer service! Lady working drive-thru at 9 AM October 10th deserves recognition. Not too often you find people working fast food with such a positive attitude. Refreshing for sure.

This Burger King had 7 employees working. Saturday 4:30 PM October 25, 2025. They need to be taught if you have time to lean you have time to clean. The lobby floor could have been swept. They were evidently training a new employee. He was told in front of customers. You never set the customers bag on the counter. Which is something I never heard. And I worked for a competitor for 15 years. The shake machine has been broken for weeks.Our cashier was coughing and sneezing, but she pulled up her t.Shirt from the collar and coughed and sneezed into it.Did not use hand sanitizer at any time.The back of the store looked like it could have been wiped down and cleaned a little bit neater. The female person that appeared to be in charge was neatly put together, but didn’t seem to be up at the front. I cannot believe that Burger King in this town is still open. But then again, it is right off the freeway. At the first exit of Mountain Home Idaho, and if you do get off and don’t go into town, you’re kind of at the mercy of this Burger King.
As far as I am concerned, they have lost a customer until I go in there. And can see that it’s cleaner, having tape on the seats Is acceptable granted that Burger King is very old at least 20 years or better? So some not cleanliness, things are understandable. But from what I saw and from my cashier, coughing and sneezing into her shirt, believe me if I get sick, you will hear about it. And so, will they I have never written a review like this. I hope that this will cause to have some improvement
