I was stuck in line for over AN HOUR. They made no mention of them being short staffed when I ordered. I tried calling 4 times and couldn’t reach anyone. When they finally answered, I was told she was the only employee there working. I saw an employee walk in through the back door about 30 minutes into the wait. A complete joke. Don’t take orders if you cannot accommodate. No exit lane for the drive thru.

i’m a frequent at this specific location and anytime i’ve ever gone here everyone is so nice and welcoming and the lobby is always pretty darn clean!!! service is very fast too. keep up the great work!! also the parking lot is paved very nicely and they have double lines on the spots. other businesses need to take notes. but yea, 10/10 on everything. music playing in lobby is nice too.

Dunno if it’s just my luck, but this location as of late has completely changed for the better. Much better. I come in during lunch every few weeks and it’s always clean, the employees are smiling and very polite, and best of all, the food actually tastes good. I thought it was a fluke at first but it’s been that way for like the past 6 months at this location. Keep it up BK.

This review is a testament that kindness and love still exist in this crazy world. My young son was injured while riding his skateboard at the skate park. He was in the ER for hours and thank God wasn’t severely hurt. He was tired and hungry and wanted Burger King for dinner. We went through the drive thru and was helped by a gracious young man named Connor. Connor with two Os I wanted to shout that out. Anyways of course my credit card declined. Perfect ending to a crazy day. He looked straight at me and says he’ll pay for the dinner. At first I didn’t quite understand because that NEVER happens. Well he said it again and I accepted. Thankful for the blessing I just received. Thank you Connor for being a good young man and decent human being. Your simple action speaks volumes to what kind of heart you have.

I went through drive thru. I ordered a kid meal and on the sign outside it showed a cookie as part of the meal. No cookie. And when I called to inquire about it he said… oh you have to ask for that is a promotional meal. Secondly I ordered a order of ciniminis and there was no frosting as it shows on the menu. When I asked if it was supposed to have that the answer was… oh was there no frosting? I said no and then he said.. sorry about that. Then silence. Hmmm….mcdonalds next time I guess.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Showed up in the drive-thru, which is listed as open 24 hours. I waited directly behind another car who was served, but I waited at the speaker for five minutes before I saw a guy come out and put cones behind my car. He answered the speaker, told me they were closed, and refused to serve me. 0/10, would not recommend.

This was a joke experience I’m sure, it’s not like this all the time.
However, when I showed up a bunch of teenagers, or I guess the employees were standing outside Spraying wasps right in the drive-through speaker which went into my window and weren’t even taking my order . They were just laughing the whole time I tried to order my food. They refried the fries so they were burnt. I understand you have a business to run and employees or employees but like take some pride in the people you hire or at least have a manager on site who’s gonna handle the situation properly . This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
