I’m usually a fan of the whopper and Burger King. We stopped at the BK in Salmon, ID on Sunday, March 13th. The staff were great but when I ordered my favorite, Chi king sandwich I was so dissapointed. The piece of hand breaded chicken was about 3 inches thick. After peeling all the breading off, the small piece of chicken breast was thick and cold.
I love breading but you can see the picture and this breading was obscene. So much and so thick it wasn’t edible. You can see the small white piece of chicken breast compared to the breading in the 1st picture.

Just went through the drive thru and was told the computers were down. The employees had such good attitudes and our food was made to order and delicious. I think the staff deserve some kind of incentive for giving such good customer service while dealing with non working computers.

We waited on food for 45 minutes and found out they skipped our order, so we asked for a refund. They said they issued me one and gave me a receipt, but the receipt just said “duplicate” and in no way showed that I was refunded. I questioned this, and the manager said that they can’t actually refund after 30 minutes and tried to hurry me away without food or a refund. When I insisted on one or the other, he promised he would call the company later to secure a refund. He did not. This place offers neither service nor food. Do not go there. Incompetence abounds.

Passing through the area on a trip, and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a burger, kids meal, and milk shake. Had orders going out before us that ordered after us. Several customers there, and one said that the evenings are always slow. The manager on shift and her crew need to be properly trained. Nobody seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing as the manager kept barking orders and telling to work faster. Came to a point of asking for a refund, when finally they called our order number. Food was ok. Definitely not worth the wait time for mediocre food.

The few times I’ve been there I have found the restaurant unclean but I keep hoping that would change. As of this date it has not. The employees do not wear a uniform which is here nor there, but the sweatshirt the server was wearing was a light colored but it was dirty. It had long sleeves and the sleeves were spotted with food and filthy. Her service was great however and she was very polite. I don’t know who owns this store but I really wish they would clean it up I keep telling myself I will not go in there again and invariably I do because salmon is so small. I have been disappointed every time. The fries is cold and they taste it old. The lettuce on the hamburger was wilted and I think the hamburger had been sitting there waiting for some time as well. I hate giving a battery for you but hopefully this will help them improve
