My order was made too fast and not telling me that nothing was fresh that they had the fries and burger and everything on reserve already in there even though they were not busy at all and the manager that was in charge knew that and when they put my order together so fast, I asked them how old the fries were and they all looked at me the whole crew and didn’t wanna really tell me and he said we can make new ones and he got that crew to make new ones but they were still dishing out the old ones like he didn’t see them throwing them away or nothing and so that was a bad sign to me and then finally after I asked for fresh ones and he brought it to me he asked me if I wanted any sauce with it and I’m like you should’ve asked that when I first ordered

Evening manager on 9 27 25 is extremely patient. I had an order that was served cold from the restaurant next door was going to have it fixed and pulled into the wrong place. I went into BK to have it fixed he was kind and said that place is next door your in the wrong building didn’t laugh wasn’t rude. Most of the time everything is fine, for the sparse occasion I do come here. But after 8+ years you would think that a mobile order system would be more refined that they could suspend items they can’t make for whatever reason so you can’t order them in the first place. (IE: Broiler being cleaned.)
Why can’t the staff pause items they can’t make? Why do I have to wait 3+ days to get refunded for this?
Most of the time I have a very generous amount of patience with restaurants for things like this, and errors in my orders. But to encounter this multiple times, over multiple years…
Detracts from the implied convenience of using a mobile/order ahead system.
Make it so they can de-list something they can’t make or sell, so I’m not wasting my time ordering, and going to retrieve it.

I live in Utah.
I had just finished up a job (local to twin falls) it was about 1-2 am. There wasn’t much open.
Being from Utah I was reluctant to go to Burger King (personal past experiences)
To my surprise the food was phenomenal, the customer service was phenomenal, and seriously the absolute best experience I have ever had at a Burger King. (It did take a while because it was being made per order which I was happy about)

My friend and I stopped by to get a quick breakfast while he was taking me home, they had a really cool deal on the breakfast croissant of 2 for $5 which is an amazing deal.
Admittedly I’ve had nothing but bad things to say about Burger King, heralding it as by far the worst fast food there is (Aside from Arby’s) however, the breakfast sandwich was pretty good.
I don’t know if it was because it was 3:30 AM and I just got off a 16 hour shift, or because the food has gotten better, but the breakfast sandwich was actually really good which is the opposite to how I remember it.
Seems to me they’re getting it together

Ordered a chicken sandwich for my daughter and this is the patty they put on. The manager said they cut the chicken patties in half when they run low. This did not look to be cut, broken in half, maybe. It looked like a few bites were taken out of it. My daughter asked me to take her to a nice restaurant next time.
This has not been my experience at the other Burger King in town. I believe this one has a disgruntled employee.

The cashier could not hear me at the order box. My #2 texas burger had bacon that wasnt cooked thoroughly. Their onion rings taste like soggy funions. Also, have you noticed the size of their fry boxes have gotten smaller!? The large is the size that a small was about 3 years ago!

Got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were hot and fresh. Thanks BK for always taking care of me after midnight when I get off work. One thing to add…. Please start ordering more fry sauce. Better yet sell it by the bottle.
