The morning manager took my order, and did a great job at communicating how long of a wait I would have for what I wanted. (He was willing to warm up their grill for me because we wanted hamburgers earlier than is typical.) He Came out to my vehicle while it was still warming to make sure I was still content with the wait. I felt like this exhibited stellar customer service. Food was fresh and delicious!

The workers here were super nice and even went the extra mile to help us with our payments. But the food was only warm-ish and the soda pop was out and they were out of ice. The pop they did have in stock was somewhat flat and the tables were gross and sticky. And there were flies everywhere! Disappointing food but nice people.

No one communicates here still am waiting over 16 minutes for a large fry and a 8pc nugget. Store has food all over the floor some of the staff look like they are filthy as well. We come here fairly often and never get our food in less then 10 minutes so much for fast food…

The guy in front off me waited 15 minutes to get one large fry, and then I waited 15 minutes for 3 PLAIN cheeseburgers and 3 fries. Because the food took so long, I asked for a refund. The manager treated me like I was being irrational for wanting my money back. To top it off, the food was cold too! Absolutely awful!

Entire restaurant absolutely filthy. No tables wiped down, garbage overflowing, waited 30 minutes for my order!!! Watched one employee walk out because Noone wanted to do their job! Absolute WORST BURGER KING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Ordered a chicken Cobb salad & the chicken was ice cold & extremely dry! There were flies EVERYWHERE! I’d highly suggest driving past this place. The cooks were rude, & condescending when I had asked for the chicken to be made fresh. They kept pushing that it had been made 10 min ago, which was a complete lie! I’d actually give this place 0 stars if I could! Horrible service & the cleanliness of this place was disgusting.

Consistently cold, gross food that has been sitting for hours. 3 times in a row. You’d think a “melt” implied melted cheese? Wrong, it was cold. And the patties were below room temperature.
