It’s a joke. Even short staffed people can do the right jobs. I have watched two ladies fumble over themselves for the last 15 minutes waiting for a kids meal and whopper.
The restaurant is busy but not overwhelming and the staff should be able to handle this. Unfortunately the two ladies on staff are entirely reliant on the one senior employee and more or less useless without him. Literally dropping kitchen items and and trying to tell customers they got their order when they didn’t. One of the ladies keeps dropping nuggets but from what I can tell not a single person at the walk club or drive-through has ordered them. They just keep piling up. Meanwhile, the burgers are not getting done and they are now literally two screens behind.

The senior employee is the only one with any composure and the only competent worker they have. He seems very able. But the two other employees are in fact a complete joke and 20 minutes later we are going somewhere else without our food.

Arrived at the drive thru around 10:50 hoping to get breakfast. Was asked to wait, so I did for five minutes, then instead of ordering I was asked to wait for a longer period of time after the breakfast menu was closed I was finally able to place the order. There was one car waiting at the window before I got there. When I got to the window an older dark haired lady (pretty sure it was her first day) had me pay, had to ask what drinks I ordered once more and wait for another ten minutes before getting my food and drinks. I worked at a corporate Burger King and if anyone had to wait that long the shift would have been written up. That said my food was being made fresh but when I made the 3 minute drive home half of it was already cold.

If I can put a negative star I would…. Have us waiting for hourssss &’ on top of that the orders are being given WRONG. As someone who’s worked for bk this is bad bad service , not even a refund or something extra was given for bad service . &’ on top of that my family are Spanish speakers &’ the girl at cashier w blue or grey hair was just giving them a bad look , if something can be spoken about it would be much appreciated.

Walked up and ordered for 3 people. It took over 25 minutes to get our meal! Mostly because they have no organization, sense of urgency, and we totally focused on drive through customers, neglecting walk in. One item ordered was a shake. AFTER the hot food was ready they start thinking about the shake. I watch and see they don’t have the stuff available for the shakes and the one employee slowly walks back to get the stuff needed. Again, no sense of urgency though the rest of our order is cooling. We also found out (after we were 20 minutes down the road) they mis-entered part of our order, costing us extra $$.
There aren’t many options in this small town, but next time we’ll either pass by or go to Subway instead.

My goodness can we get any slower and disorganized!?!?! This is by far the worst place ive ever ordered from! 45 minutes for jalapeno bites and cheesy tots!? Wish I could give zero stars! Dont bother

We asked for a refund because the food had been sitting for over 30 minutes and the guy had an attitude with us! Never again!

Came here for breakfast. The food was fresh, but they were out of iced coffee even though it was listed on the menu—only black coffee was available. We ordered four combos and two French toast sticks, but the French toast wasn’t put in the bag, so we had to turn around and go back through the drive-thru. The employee was apologetic about the mistake, which I appreciated. Overall, it was just an okay experience.

I’m writing this review with sadness in my heart. I personally love Burger King. Their deals are great, and the Wopper is typically legendary. I’m disappointed with this location. Because of it my family has pinky promsied to no longer attend my beloved Kurger Bing with me. I have to agree that the service was sub-par with soggy fries/onion rings and patties. They got my beautiful fiancé’s burger wrong, and took about 20 mins to get a simple order of a burger and fries out while they helped multiple people before us. Maybe that’s just because we ordered online. May this Burger King location redeem itself for all the future attendees with their road trip buddies

The staff acted like I was a intrusion on their precious nap time. They never seem to be busy because they deserve customers. They get orders wrong, with the long wait times I can go home, make lunch, then come back to wait for my order.

Clean environment, and above average Burger King service in my opinion! When I think of Burger King I think of this location. Food at this location is better than every other and shows the effort put into the food. Compared it to some Little Caesars, and as much as I love Little Caesars, this location in particular came out better.
