I recently visited this Burger King and found the experience to be a bit mixed. Looking at the interior, it seems there have been some attempts at updating, with a modern self-serve soda machine and generally clean-looking black tiled walls in that area. However, other parts, like the brick wall and some of the overall decor, suggest that a full renovation might still be needed to bring the entire restaurant up to a consistent, more modern standard. It feels somewhat outdated in places.
Service was quite slow during my visit, which was a bit frustrating. When I finally received my order, the fries were unfortunately pretty burnt, which really impacted their enjoyment. The Whopper itself looked as expected.
While it’s clear they’ve made some efforts to update, the slow service and the quality of the fries left something to be desired. A more thorough renovation and improved speed of service would definitely enhance the experience here.

Decent and usually pretty quick. HOWEVER I understand that fast food places run out of certain items sometimes but this specific location runs out of things frequently. Someone needs to step it up on ordering inventory. Also if anyone working there sees this, please for the love of all things good, CLEAN THE BATHROOM VENTS! It looks like it hasn’t been touched in 20 years!

This place is absolutely horrible. The meal portions have gotten smaller and smaller each time I eat here. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the drink sizes. Gave the girl a coupon for my meal but still ended up getting charged full price, didn’t give me or even offer me any sauces. Will not be coming back.

Ordered dinner for my family and myself. Not only was it slow through the drive through but the person serving us forgot parts of our order. After retrieving all of our food we found out they hadn’t even given us the correct items! Service was below standard and the whole situation was disappointing considering I spent almost $60. Will not be returning to this location.

Didn’t give me any sauce for my meal. The girl at the window was rude. Hire people that want to show up and work. Just handed me the food without saying anything teach your employees to say thank you to customers and answer questions instead of just standing there staring. The girl just stood there basically expressing “I gave the food now get out of my face”. I haven’t been here for over a year and it looks like things haven’t changed and I will not be going back.

The food was amazing! Definitely an amazing bacon/flavor experience.
The staff was also great! My whole experience with my family was the best, we all had a great meal.
(We were so excited we almost forgot pictures! Every thing we tried and experienced was the best part of our time in Boise. Definitely recommend GO if you can, you will not regret it.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and the car in front of us still hadn’t ordered. We left. As we drove past, we couldn’t see anyone working. Service has been horrible lately. We won’t go back.

No “welcome” or “thanks”. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. The tomato covered about 1/3 of the sandwich. There was so much honey mustard sauce it overpowered everything. I used my napkin to wipe most of it off so I could taste the chicken. Doubt I’ll stop at this location again.
