We recently visited the drive-through and placed an order that included a rodeo burger without cheese, a four-piece chicken fry, a value onion ring, and a plain bacon cheeseburger meal, large.
Unfortunately, we received a rodeo burger with cheese, value onion rings, a large fry box that was only half full, and a bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings but no bacon, and we did not receive the chicken fries.
It is difficult to express how disappointing this experience was, especially considering how straightforward it is to take an order, and yet, it was still incorrect.

It’s newly remodeled so that’s nice. But most time you never know what your going to get;one time it’s fresh and one time it’s not. It’s very slow, and you end up waiting a long time for food. If you go at lunch plan on waiting at least 45 minutes. On the one hand it’s the only fast food around but they should try to improve their service. If you need a quick fix it will do. The mobile app does have a lot of good deals.

Ever since Covid it takes thirty minutes to even get to the window to order food. They only have three employees working and should honestly be shut down if they can’t run.

The food was as expected when you enter Burger King, but I want to acknowledge the people working there. Service-oriented and friendly. The Young gentleman behind the cashier was careful and dutiful when I was buying food. I visited in July 25’

Stopped in the evening of Nov 5. Food was hot, fresh, served quick, and tasty. Compared to other locations I been to, this was a better experience. Reminded me of when I use to work at BK back in day.

Horrible. The lady waiting on us was putting a cough drop or something in her mouth saying she caught something while we were waiting to order. Then we go to get ketchup and it was empty and I went and asked for some and she said here are some packets. It takes me about 30 minutes to clean the ketchup dispenser and put it together and I don’t want too. Then while eating there were her and 2 other employees leaning on the counter doing nothing! Poor atmosphere and lazy people

Got here around 120 for lunch. It’s now 1:57 as I type this and we are still waiting for our food. This is one of the few places open on a Sunday in Afton and the service is slow. If time isn’t an issue then come here. But the workers are nice and they are trying their best. They are just short staffed!
