Weird and off putting employees…. Had my burger and wraps sit for about 20 minutes until I excused myself and said it’s been that long. Bro said “give me a minute” with the most menacing look lol. Scary!! I just didnt say anything. Everybody has their days but… 5+ customers waiting. 3 employees. One bigger lady doesn’t acknowledge customers, one dude that looks like a Walmart version of Ed Sheeran that’s just looking around like he’s lost. And that one dude with the menacing look. Feel bad for the owner… if you are a trucker you might need more than 30 minutes during your break lmao. Do not order here if you are on a rush or can’t handle poor customer service. So slow considering it is a fast food chain. Give employment to people who actually need it, not people who dread being there…weirdos

Definitely changing a lot of the policies at the truck stop making it challenging for truckers . You have to now show your ID to use a coupon that you already had to verify your mobile device. & had to verify your identity prior to printing out the ticket ! Showing an ID every time is ridiculous safety messaures are already in place so your you guys not making any sense doing this going to cut you business !

Ordered just an 8-piece chicken nuggets at 3:17p.m. (Order #550). Four orders (546-549) were served in front of me. Didn’t get the nuggets until 3:41. There’s no multitasking happening here. The polite young men cooking started cooking each order after they served the previous. Don’t think you’re pulling off I-80 for a quick snack, because you’ll be in for more like an EV-charging kinda wait.

Food was great once they got order correct, I travel 45 minutes to 1 hour to get to the closest Burger King to me which is in a TA truck Stop, the customer Service was crap all the employees seemed like it was a problem to take order and a simple thing like extra onion on my whopper meal was a bit much for them the cook a tall big guy gave me my onion straight in my hand instead of putting it in something for me to carry through a very crowded lobby the only person that was the least bit polite and nice was an older lady I would like to say I won’t go again but it is the closest one to me and I love the fact that you can order onion rings I spent well over $100 there with the big family I have the good thing about it all was that we had to move a table to ours so we could all fit and the workers did not complain about that

I go here often and have never had an issue until today. The service was horrible with everyone but the lady that was at register. Orders were messed up, items were missing, food was not what we ordered. They were all grumpy and had attitudes one young guy even tossed my mom’s bag of food at her I really love this place hopefully they can step up there customer service and make the orders how the customer asked

I wish I could give the service part 10 stars. The young man working at the till was friendly and took us seriously when we said that my husband has a serious pork allergy and needed the sausage patties on his croissanwiches switched out for beef patties (an issue we’ve had at other locations in the past). He even went and said something to the lady working in the kitchen, who extra took us seriously by verbally confirming this with us, and even changing her gloves when handling his sandwiches! I was impressed by this and am very happy that they didn’t even blink at our request. We’re passing through on our way home in Washington, so we won’t be able to dine here again any time soon, but we absolutely would dine here again when we’re in the area. I really wish I had thought to get their names, but huge big thank you to the pair of awesome people who were working there this morning, 9/20/2024! Keep being awesome!

I am a big fan of Birger King but this place is worst among all. The lady at front desk looks like a racist and that she is being forced to serve color people, heavy heartedly. No enthusiasm no customer service.
