Didn’t even get food. Went to the drive through and was ordering, and the child on the headset sighed with everything we tried to explain to her. We ordered a medium onion ring, and a #5. She said so you want the onion rings in the #5 combo? We told her no we want that separately. And both times sighed and made it clear it was an inconvenience to her! We tried three times then decided her attitude sucked and we would find a different place to try to get food!

These guys never fail to forget something on the order. I’m not going back every time to make them correct it. Not to mention it makes me feel like one of those people who go out of their way to say they forgot an item on the order just to get a free whopper or something. Food could do with some seasoning but obviously they are unable to season the food or they don’t? All that aside it is a step above McDonald’s in this town. Staff is morning and afternoon staff seem to be a little bit more hostile than the night staff most likely due to rude customers. These people are not slaves for your food. All that said, night staff is extremely friendly and catering. In store is clean-ish really depends on who’s working that day. Your best bet is to go through the drive-thru wait time’s not as long comparatively to McDonald’s.

Had a mistake with the order and the Bearded Manager fixed it in a minute. Good service and good food. Didn’t charge for a bbq sauce and all staff were cheerful and professional!

Pulled in the drive through at 11:30pm. Started order and guy said he had already shut down his grill at 11:00pm. He said he was shutting down his fryer in 10 minutes. He was not going to put down more patties because it was already clean. Unacceptable behavior and not professional.

New building with kids play area! Cory was polite and took my order accurately. Food was hot and fast. Play area was about 65 degrees on a 40 degree day. Drink machines needed wiped down. Recommended .

Bk fries can and should be delicious. These were not. My burger was not hot. I went before lunch and it was like the food had been sitting for a long time. Gross and disappointing. Doubtful I’ll be back

It was wonderful. They had crowns out on the tables and extra crows by the drink machine. The staff was terrific, very nice and friendly, glady got me a water cup when asked. They are also open quite late. Would recommend stopping here on your travels. Best Burger King I’ve eaten at, good spot .

I took my granddaughters to eat dinner after an afternoon of swimming and was very pleased with the eat in experience we had. The playplace was VERY clean and not stinky like some we’ve been to. The crew of Frankie, Dallas, Gabe, Jordan, and Ericka were super polite, friendly, and working hard…nobody was on the cell phone and/or standing around. The food was hot and fresh and did I mention, the place was clean! Very nice place and staff. Will be returning!
